COMPLAIN TO MANAGEMENT THEY DONT CARE REACHED OUT TO CORPORATE THEY DONT CARE TOOK MY REPORT BUT DID OFFER TO REPLACE NON OF MY MY FOOD..and seems like it's a ongoing thing with complaints from this restaurant!!ONLY RESTAURANT IN GRAY GEORGIA WITH HORRIBLE FOOD SERVICE ??.....

The last 3 visits were terrible! No chili, no sweet tea the food took forever, and the lady working in the counter acted like she could care less if we ever ate there again Also, the french fries were cold. at one time it was a good place to eat, but it appears as if the management now doesn’t care

Service took awhile but the lady & young guy working were working so hard & the sweetest manners trying to help & kept apologizing for the wait . It’s a good 30 min if order any kind of food . Maybe have a cook & someone extra to run the registers.

This is the worst krystals ever. Takes forever in the drive thru it took 30 minutes to get the food. Then they didnt even put Chile on the chili cheese fries.

Came to get a few cheese krystals and chilli cheese fries and was severely disappointed. For starters, the lady that took our order at the drive through had a nasty attitude. Furthermore we pulled up to the window and she still gave us the same attitude but we ignored it. I’ve worked in the food industry and understand how frustrating it can become. However to my surprise once I went to enjoy the meal the meat was gray and the buns were soggy. The fries were also disappointing as they were still frozen in the middle. We will not be returning.

The reviews here are definitely outdated so I'll add something new. This place has come a long way with the new management it has been under the last year. The food is great, customer service is awesome and while there may be a small wait for your food, it's definitely worth it because everything is cooked fresh when you order, nothing left in the steam box to get soggy. If you're hesitant to go because of the old reviews, take this one as the sign to give this Krystal another go.

Your website says that your dining area is open until 10 pm (eastern time). And that your druve-thru is open 24 hours.I came to the intercom in the drive-thru at approximately 9:20pm(eastern time), with my grandmother and 2 young daughters. We sat for 15 mins, and we were never spoken to. So I decided to call the store, got no answer.I wouldn't be upset if I hadn't checked what time the store closed before me and my family decided what we wanted for dinner and drove to the store.So there are 3 logical solutions;1. The owner needs to do better at the information they put on the internet, so that they are not feeding FALSE information to their paying customers.2. Fire the employees that decided they could shut down earlier than what they were suppose to, so that they do not inconvenience the customers and waste their time. (Why would you pay an employee, just to stop you from making profit?)3. Shut down the store, because another business could use the building that actually cares about how their customers feel about their experience.I am extremely displeased with this situation.If you're open, serve your customers. If you are not open, make sure the information you put out in the world is legit.Kid-friendliness: I had my kids with me during this absolutely terrible experience
