I just waited over 30 min for just an order of cheezy bread .I specifically only ordered it bc I didn't have extra time to wait thinking some cheese bread wouldn't take long at all. So I asked for a refund, that I have to wait 2 days on. ..just wait wait wait.hopefully pizza hut is better.

First time customer ordered online last minute. Price was a decent for the amount of food ordered. I am very satisfied with everything and want to thank everyone who had a hand in preparing my order....from the person who accepted it online to the delivery lady who handed me my order. Everything was delicious, and the family sized Greek salad was A-1. Thank you again. Will definitely order again.

I order here at least one a week or so, and they’re always fast, my food always hot, and the service is always great. Today 12/23 they were BUSY, and understaffed. No one wanted to show up for their shift, and a mishap happened in the kitchen. To say the least, I waited over an hour on my order. The girl up front was extremely apologetic & seemed super overwhelmed but was managing. I reassured them it was okay and I wasn’t upset. Things happen like this sometimes. When I got home my food was wrong & cold. I contacted the store and they gave me a full refund. One bad day from a restaurant shouldn’t cause them to have a bad review… Marcos is the best pizza place in gray & they have their bad days as well.

This will be mine at least 26 to 27 time order Marco‘s pizza in gray. This is the best pizza place I ever taste it in a long time. DeMarco‘s in Millville was horrible service. It was terrible. People was polite back customer service. It was always open around DeMarco‘s down here in gray. They are super polite or good a little please I get delivered every time this lady name. I call her Miss Stacy be my husband and I we seriously love talking to her. She makes us comfortable. She tells us she’s sorry for our delay because she had multiple orders and we forgive her and she’s just one of the most polite drivers we have ever met. She explains why they’re like it. She explains why it takes long and she is the best and so when we order, we know what’s going on because they’re always busy and sometimes there are short of staff and we want to think Marcos and Gray for all employees for doing the best that they can to serve gray community and the assistant manager I believe they say Bree she’s very kind. also, she’s understandable sweet nice I want to thank you so you have a Five star rating from me thank you for serving the community of Grey

Our local Marcos has closed down so I ordered online and drove nearly 30min to the one in the next town over. I personally LOVE Marcos and am tired of the other pizza places in my town. It was the 1st time at the one in Gray and I will say I was impressed. The store was extremely clean, the employees were focused and working hard in the back, not goofing off one bit, our order was spot on and totally what i was wanting. The young lady at the counter was very nice, polite, and helpful. I will be making the drive again. It was totally worth it.

Please bring back the spicy, firey, fury pizza dough. It was the best thing about our Marco's lunches (two / three times per week). Now we'll only eat at Marco's once per week.
My second delivery was worse than the first. Placed order, said it was being made for 40 minutes, then said it was on its way for 35 minutes when I am literally 7 minutes from their location. When the driver arrived in his loud car, he drove right past me and got out at my neighbors. I hollered multiple times that he was at the wrong house, and he looked back and went straight to ignoring me. Finally my neighbor had to tell him I had called him repeatedly. Sick of this place!
Typically, I appreciate the bigger half of the sub when splitting with my wife, but I think yall went a little extreme with this cut yall lol.

I was not satisfied with my pizza order it had too much onion ,peppers and too much meat and the crust wasn't cook all the way when u bite it.Then when u pull all the topping off its wet looking under it wasn't please with it and didn't want to come back to the place I was tried already from working 2 jobs that day.
