Waited in the drive thru 15 min. Fast food my a$$!!! Finally get to the menu only to be told ice cream machine isnt working.C'mon man. If this was my McDonald's I'd sale it!!! Took my business to good Ole Jacks down the street.

Just pathetic. Went thru drive thru for breakfast and iced coffee. After giving money and getting food wad told ice coffee machine being cleaned and asked us to swap for plain coffee. We did, and we asked for credit for what we paid for the iced coffee. Server acted like we offended her. She talked to someone else and came back. Left again and came back and told us to pull down to wait on credit. I knew right then we weren't getting anything back. We went ahead and ate breakfast while we waited for the credit. After 12 minutes, no credit. It's only a little more than a dollar, but it's the principle of it and also how we were treated. I see the place only has a 3.1 rating anyway so it looks like I'm not the only one treated poorly.

The rudest staff I've ever seen. Very prejudice towards white people. Took forever to get my order,and it was cold.
My food is always hot and right. There is one teenager that usually takes the order, he is always so polite!

We had a late evening and we're going to get home too late to cook. We decided to go to McDonalds because my oldest Grandson wanted nuggets... We ordered 5 different meals, and when my wife started giving special orders for 4 of them (like this one plain, this one no ketchup, this one no mustard and no pickles) I was like,.. there is no way this is going to go well. I stand corrected. They "NAILED" it.. My daughters house is near McDonalds so everything was still hot, and correct.... Good Job folks!! Thank you for that..
