First time eating at this place. Price and food amounts were good. Vinegar based bbq. I had to order 2 sandwiches because the 1st one was so good! I had the stew and potato salad. Both were good. I would stop here again and agin when Im in the area. Brought me home some of that sauce too!

Slow service, i get you gotta make the plate but the wait time seemed like they were still smokin the meat. Food came out luke warm especially the sides. I ordered the brisket plate, and while i get its hard to cut even slices of the brisket it shouldn't go form 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch slices especially when its rubbery. If you're going here cause it was on dirty jobs, cool. If you're going cause the sign says best in georgia, hop in the delorean and go back in time and try it then. Sorry, but that's my review.

The service was super slow, the food was cold and just not good. I'm glad I only got the slider but my family ordered plates, the brisket was dry and kinda rubbery and the only good side was the potato wedges.

Bbq sandwich and turkey Sandwich were very good . Pork skins are a staple nowadays. Stew is still worth the trip . Had the spiral sliced ham today for the first time , the cute young lady recommended hot with mayo and cheese , it was the ticket for sure ! 11/05/2024
