Ordered food with my friend. My salad had a strange taste so I took it home to go to try it again later. My friend's wings were undercooked. It was shown to the server who only offered to get her more wings. At that point, my friend didn't want to eat anymore. So, we left disappointed in the food quality. My friend ended up with food poisoning from the undercooked wings the same night. I tossed out the remainder of my salad because I didn't trust it anymore. I had to spend money on resources to go and provide care for my friend. She reported the food poisoning to the manager the next day who said she would call my friend back. She didn't call back. There were 3 witnesses that the wings were undercooked. Somehow, nobody is taking it seriously at this point. The server was nice and the atmosphere was nice. I hope somebody takes accountability.

Got food poisoning on 9/1925 manager was suppose to call me back she avoided me was there with a friend she saw how the chicken wings didn’t look right weren’t cooked I told the waiter Katie L the server she asked me if I wanted more or did I want to take it home I said no went home started feeling sicker went to bed and was woke up with pains in my stomach uncontroling throwing up chills fever all night long manager said she would call me back and never did when I called she conveniently left for the day I had to have a friend bring me all this medicine like anti -diarrhea and electrolytes so sick still feeling weak the next day

They have done some changes to the boneless wings and the pickle fries to the point of them not being good anymore. I probably won't be back.

Burger was supposed to be plain, came with everything, they brought another one with a hair. They did take it off the check.

I was on hold for 40 minutes. They forgot about me. I call back its a busy signal. I think they take the phones off the hook because they make no tips (per what i heard) off of take away orders so they purposely hang up on them, or keep them on hold for as long as possible so it produces a busy signal for other callers. I drove to location with myself still on hold. Restaurant was not packed. I recommend going to broken axle or trinabells.

First off the food is good. Moderately priced for the amount you get. However, do you think it's time to repair your booth seats? At this point guests are just sitting on plywood.

First time here, we were seated very quickly but ignored for almost 20 minutes. Waitress was rude, didn’t ask our drink orders, interrupted me when I was about to order, brought my drink and it already had floaties in it. Was ignored again until I had to take my drink to her. Still waiting for food and it’s had been almost 40 minutes. Mind you, this place was not busy at all. Got our food, had to send it back. Took another 10 mins to get it back only for them to not do anything. Spoke with the manager Ethel and she was an absolute delight. She apologized profusely even though it wasn’t her fault. We wound up not eating.

Food was good but our waitress didn’t even let us finish eating when she had the nerve to bring our ticket and asked us were we ready to pay it . My husband had to stop eating his food to pay her . This is the rudest thing I have ever dealt with . Her name was Kayla !

It's been awhile since I've been to Picklebarrel. Food quality has definitely improved alot.

The mild boneless wings are some of the best I've had, the atmosphere is nice, and service was good.
