No customers in the store. Was made to wait over ten minutes while the one employee worked on an online order that wasn’t picked up before I left. Was told after waiting that they were out of pepperoni, which I wanted. Choose a different sandwich and continued to wait while my sandwich sat out. Had to avoid all toppings due to the lettuce being wilted and all containers of toppings being covered in freezer burn. Paid my 15$ and went to get my drink, drink machine is out of half the flavors. Went to eat the sandwich and the sweet onion sauce was so rancid I had to immediately spit it out. Worst experience ever. Owner clearly doesn’t care.
The lady who was working today acted like she hates the world. I overlooked that but when ordering my sandwich and we got to the veggies I was disgusted. The tomatoes had mixed in food with it and looked like they covered it in pepper. The lettuce was brown and wilted very badly. This place is nasty and needs to be inspected. I posted about this subway online and apparently this is normal cause I had quite a few people say it's always like that and that's why no one goes there anymore. Which explains why no customers were in there at lunch hour. Very gross! Do better!
I went to subway the other day and I was served by a young man I saw his name tag said “Luke” and I was absolutely baffled by how rude young people are these days it felt like he was rushing me out of the store when I was the only person in there and after each item he put on my sandwich he would ask “what else, what else” and if that wasn’t bad enough he asked if I wanted my receipt I said no and he walked away before I even paid
Amy is very deserving of a raise!!! She was able to complete online orders and handle customers walking in the store(Which can be overwhelming) Amy was the ONLY person there today on Thanksgiving Eve. Job well done Amy🥰

These kids constantly mess orders up. They are rude, complain about having too many customers “can’t yall find somewhere else to eat?” Because heaven forbid someone interrupt their card games. And to top it off management no longer opts for using online coupons. My regular order which normally comes out to $21 with the same coupon I’ve used for years now, is no longer able to be used at location, is now $34 without tip. That’s just crazy for 3 sandwiches and no sides, served by rude children who can’t get the orders correct over half the time. I was literally handed tomato’s on a napkin once because they forgot to put them on the sandwich and couldn’t be bothered to open the bag and unwrap it lol

If I could I’d give this place 0 stars! Had a sandwich made with wrong type of bread. Seems every time I order a simple sandwich, they find a way to screw it up. If they can’t make a simple sandwich then either they need to be let go or manager needs to stand behind them to make sure they do it right. Never going back

Pre ordered 2 sandwiches online. Got home and wife opened hers and it was nasty. Was suppose to be a meatball sub. Well it had so much ranch on it and who puts ranch on a meatball sub and onions and I know she did not ask for those. She grabbed sandwich and drove back and was calling the store. They would pick up and hang up the phone. Then when she gets there is a line. Person in front orders a meatball and they tell him they don't have any meatballs and not making anymore this is at 6 30 at night. What is going on then one of the employees git attitude with her saying we are not remaking your sandwich we are busy. Thankfully I was not there.i will be finding out who owns this chain and we will have a discussion. Guess gonna have to just get subs from ingles or goto macon to firehouse.
