Amy is very deserving of a raise!!! She was able to complete online orders and handle customers walking in the store(Which can be overwhelming) Amy was the ONLY person there today on Thanksgiving Eve. Job well done Amy🄰

These kids constantly mess orders up. They are rude, complain about having too many customers ā€œcan’t yall find somewhere else to eat?ā€ Because heaven forbid someone interrupt their card games. And to top it off management no longer opts for using online coupons. My regular order which normally comes out to $21 with the same coupon I’ve used for years now, is no longer able to be used at location, is now $34 without tip. That’s just crazy for 3 sandwiches and no sides, served by rude children who can’t get the orders correct over half the time. I was literally handed tomato’s on a napkin once because they forgot to put them on the sandwich and couldn’t be bothered to open the bag and unwrap it lol

If I could I’d give this place 0 stars! Had a sandwich made with wrong type of bread. Seems every time I order a simple sandwich, they find a way to screw it up. If they can’t make a simple sandwich then either they need to be let go or manager needs to stand behind them to make sure they do it right. Never going back

Pre ordered 2 sandwiches online. Got home and wife opened hers and it was nasty. Was suppose to be a meatball sub. Well it had so much ranch on it and who puts ranch on a meatball sub and onions and I know she did not ask for those. She grabbed sandwich and drove back and was calling the store. They would pick up and hang up the phone. Then when she gets there is a line. Person in front orders a meatball and they tell him they don't have any meatballs and not making anymore this is at 6 30 at night. What is going on then one of the employees git attitude with her saying we are not remaking your sandwich we are busy. Thankfully I was not there.i will be finding out who owns this chain and we will have a discussion. Guess gonna have to just get subs from ingles or goto macon to firehouse.

This subway has the worst customer service I've ever seen. The girl with the nose ring is very rude and unprofessional. She should be fired. She argued with me about my order, over charged me, and when got home it was short. I called up there and for her name and too speak to the manager, and was told they were not to give out that information, they would have the manager call me, which has never happened. This will be my last time going there.

Placed a mobile order and 30 mins later they still didnt have my order ready. And to top it off they ran out of meat and said they couldn't refund my money because they didnt have a manager there!!! Horrible service

Again, one of those places that you know what you're going to get, (well you do order it yourself!). Choose your bread, choose your filling, grab it and go. Quick and easy option for dinner.

Not sure what's going on but this is like the 3rd time I've ordered sandwiches online from this location and they barely put anything on them. You pick your order up and they don't even tell you they didn't put what you asked for on the sandwich. I've complained before and I just get told we were out of this or that and that's why it's not on your sandwich. When I get a sub I expect toppings to be falling out of the sandwich, not having to search for the toppings. These were the driest sandwiches I have ever had. Everything was the bare minimum like they put just a little to say they actually put it there or it just wasn't there at all. And the bread was so hard on the ends. I expect more for a $48 charge. I should have just gone to Ingles. And this location also often doesn't participate in the BOGO offers or any of free rewards offers I'm offered online. A disgrace and I think I'm about done with this location. :-(
