Food thrown together, wasn't even busy! I was the only customer in the drive-thru

I eat here a few times a year. The service has never been great and the food is always hit and miss. Something in your order is always messed up. Over cooked missing something. The lady in the drive thru today was nice. But the food was very bad. I ordered a beef chalupa. It was over $5 with tax for just one! Very little beef or cheese. Mostly lettuce and tomato. The shell was so stale it was hard to chew. Like it was cooked hours ago. This location just can't get it's act together. Don't waist your time or money. And don't go in unless you want to do all the work of ringing up your own order and then waiting 20 min just to get you drink cup.

They only get 1 star because the food was hot. From a service perspective they are in the negative.
I ordered the Mexican pizza and taco supreme combo at the kiosk for dine-in because I saw a lady standing at the register and nobody would even make eye contact with her.
Got my food, no utensils in the usual spot. Asked for some was told they were out. It's 12:05! How the heck you run out of utensils? I said y'all should probably post a sign letting people know you're out, how am I suppose to eat this (pizza)? The response I got was 'that's not my problem'.
Went to fill up my drink, the tea on their menu was not even an option at the dispenser so I decided to try what they had. It came out nearly clear, I tasted it and it was like the mix was empty. Attempted to eat the pizza and it hasn't even cut and the sour cream I paid $0.85 for was a little blob the size of a quarter.
The employee I had the misfortune of interacting with was incredibly rude. The fountain drink had empty items, no utensils. For this I paid $12.03. I would NOT recommend this location and will certainly not be returning.

I've tried to go thru the drive thru a few times but they do weird stuff. I think they try to manipulate the clock somehow. Or the appearance of cars at the menu/ordering. It's never really busy but I always wind up waiting. Tonight I finally just drove off and when I passed the windows the ladies looked like they were having a heart to heart while holding up the walls. And the previous time I was asked to wait a minute before ordering. Not as if they were busy but rather that they could have taken my order but just didn't want me to at that moment.

Awful Awful service. Incompetent employees that will run the restaurant to the ground just like Popeyes here. My son went through the drive thru. They gave him half his order( which he paid for) and didn't give him a receipt! So when he went through to tell them, he had to pay fir it twice! BS!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have messed our orders many. Many times! So sick if this! Either train your employees or get rid of them. It will make a difference in your business! Js!

The Taco Bell in Gray, Georgia, needs major care and quality in their food. They always screw up my order. Tacos are very skimpy on meat. They do that in alot of their food. Its not worth the money for what little you get. Taco Bell in Milledgeville, GA is awesome. You can tell they care about quality. I go to Milledgeville for doctor appointments and I always stop at this Taco Bell. I wish someone send a secret shopper through drive thru ,get 5 or 6 items like a Toscana, they through it all over the place, the Nachos are very skimpy with very little topping . Shut them down, because I feel like I'm being robbed.

Food is really yummy sometimes. Vomited once or twice though after eating the 5 layer burrito but that's a me problem . One of the employees flirted with me and it was really odd... Winked and everything when I was just trying to get food for my wife . Also please put more hot sauce packets because when I add 8, I end up getting 3. it does not come out of your pocket. I really like the hot sauce.

Horrible customer service. I always have something missing out of my bag. But I did decide to try it again and just check my bag before pulling off. Tonight when I was handed my food I was told to have a good night and they shut the window…and what do you know, I was not given my drink. Had to ask for it. Then looked through my bag because of things always being missing and I was missing a food item. I told the employee at the window that I was missing something, they told the cook in the back and the employee at the window opens back up and says are you sure it’s not in there…I looked again just to make sure I wasn’t wrong. I was definitely missing my roll up for my child. She tells the cook or whoever it was and that person comes to the window and rudely ASKS for my whole bag of food back, I assume to see if I was lying. I not so kindly told them to give me my roll up and I refused to give my bag back. The person from the back walks off mumbling things under his breath. ALL of that over a $1 cheesy roll up that was for my kid. Horrible, horrible customer service and very unprofessional.
I will not recommend this place at all. Rude employees, our food was cold, out of diet drinks,ordered unsweetened tea and it was so sweet I threw it away. Never will I go back again and will not recommend to my friends. Not satisfied at all.

I stopped at Taco Bell in Gray, Georgia. I got 3 double-decker tacos, With no refried beans on them. I have been eating Taco Bell. About 20 years. And I want to know. When did they stop putting refried beans on double-decker tacos.
