Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The employees take for ever to bring out your food in the drive thru. You have to wait 25 minutes just for your food.

Food was cold. I asked for double fries instead of cold slaw. Its definitely wasn't double fries and the tenders are small

Got a damn 5 peice tender meal got 3 peices I'm pissed

I have tried to order teriyaki chicken tenders with my meal 4 times and they have forgotten the teriyaki every time

Ty has been my cashier the past few times I’ve gone to Zaxby’s & she is the best! 🥰
She is beyond friendly and always has a positive attitude! Will definitely return for the customer service she provides!

I have been home sick for a week no appetite, my daughter offered to go to Zaxbys and get me some food when I finally said I was hungry. She got me a boneless wing meal and a her and my other daughter something to eat..
1.. her zax snack wasn't even in the bag when she asked them to make sure.
2. They waited at the speaker for 15 min b4 anyone took their order, and my meal had nothing but cold wings. No bread. No fries nothing.
3. I will not be returning to give my money to this establishment!!!!

I bought a salad a couple of weeks back that was horrible! The egg rolls on the zensation salad were burned to a crisp and the salad was incomplete. Today I got the nibblerz meal and it was cold but the worst part was the rolls. They were stale and hard. It’s like they had been sitting out for days and you couldn’t even bite into them!!! I don’t intend to go back. The girl at checkout was not very friendly either.

I made an online order, drove 15 minutes from my house. Get all the way home only to find out that I have no sauces no dressings nothing but the salad and the chicken fingers call down there and they tell me oh since it's just the sauces you can just get them when you come back in the. Tf?

Didn’t get any sauces, including the ones we paid extra for. Didn’t get our drink. Didn’t get our fries. Sandwich had almost no sauce on it.

Edit to add: After sending messages to their Zaxby’s Listens online portal twice, I have yet to receive any response from the company.

just saw a zaxbys worker from here fuss and be so rude to the workers inside of ingles at the coffee kiosk inside all because of fruit or something they were out of. i feel like being a fast food business as well they should understand how things are and outages happen. the poor girl was so upset. if your employees are going to be in uniform i think they should at least be polite this sets a terrible example for you and your company showing that the employees act that way to others especially when they are in uniform. it makes it seem as though they would act that way at work as well. terrible image you’re setting for yourself and business.
