Ordered the xtra pepperoni pizza with xtra cheese was given a warm regular pep, called the restaurant and the manager said to come back with the pizza, drove 19 minutes back for another pizza which was the same as the previous only difference it was recently made. Clearly the manager has no knowledge of how the xtra pep pizza looks like and didn’t even offer anything else for the time and inconvenience. Very bad experience.
I came into Little Ceasars 7/26/22. Vincent waited on me, and he was very busy, working by himself. I want him to know I appreciate his hard work, and dedication to implement hot fresh pizzas and professional service. Great job Vincent. Your hard work is not unnotice.
Waiting over an hour and a half for pizza. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! Nobody answers the phone. What are your employees doing……..smokin and jokin instead of taking care of customers????? Never order from this location!!!!

Little Caesars Pizza offers mixed experiences for its customers. The food is generally considered good value, but the restaurant can sometimes be understaffed, leading to slow service and confusion. While the kids often enjoy the pizza, the sauce may be too spicy for some younger diners, prompting parents to order alternative options like cheese slices or sticks.
The restaurant has been known to accommodate late orders, with one customer praising the manager for ensuring their food was prepared quickly and properly, even near closing time. However, another customer had a much more disappointing experience, waiting nearly two hours for a deep dish pizza order that was supposed to be ready in under an hour. The pizza itself was also criticized for sparse toppings and a subpar sauce, despite the higher price.
Overall, Little Caesars Pizza provides a varied dining experience, with the quality of food and service being somewhat inconsistent across different visits.
