Makayla, the girl with purple hair has tremendously good customer service skills. After a stressful day, her being my cashier was the highlight of my day. She definitely deserves a raise.
Consistently one of the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. Prices on the receipt don’t match what’s on the drive thru menu. I paid twice for sauces when the person handing me the order didn’t realize they were already paid for. Order was incorrect. We tend to avoid this location altogether — go to Snellville or Loganville instead.

We had a large take-away order. One item was missing, so we had to go back to pick it up. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, but we still had to run back.The chicken in the grilled chicken sandwich was beyond salty. The fries had a seasoning that was not too bad.
