We LOVE Zaxby's. In the last 5-6 years, we have only had 2-3 times where fries were left out or the wrong sauce was put in the bag or I waited 5-10 minutes for my food which was sitting ready to go on the counter. We usually order out from Zaxby's once every week or every 2 weeks. So those handful of mess ups only represent a small portion of a large array of visits to the restaurant. The norm is fresh, hot food in a correct order with our favorite sauce, honey mustard.

Giving out incorrect orders constantly and when you go in for them to fix it- they will literally scrap off whatever is wrong and act like they gave you something new

Not our favorite Zaxbys by a mile. Attempted to be overcharged by the server as we ordered water and she rang up drink with water for $2.69 vs the free water cup. We caught that and she grudgingly took it back off. Then she insisted we had to pay for zax sauce with three fingers, so we did. We thought a sauce would come with the fingers by default, but she said no.Then, the order filler gave us 2 zax sauces which seems to imply we were exactly right and shouldn’t have been charged.Just a generally non customer friendly experience all around. Thankfully food was good.Since we do this trip every week, thankful other Zaxbys are nearby enough to try instead.

We had a large take-away order. One item was missing, so we had to go back to pick it up. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, but we still had to run back.The chicken in the grilled chicken sandwich was beyond salty. The fries had a seasoning that was not too bad.

The customer service at this location is poor. My experience happened a week ago and I just have to come and say this. I ordered a sandwich at the drive-through, and when I looked at my food, there was unknown sauce on top of the bread. It was clearly cross-contamination, so I brought my sandwich in to have it remade, when I walked in I witnessed a worker arguing with another customer about her order. I understand maybe the customer is not always right, but it shows the professionalism or lack of at this location. When I let the girl at the counter know what was wrong with my order she stopped me in the middle of talking and told me that she doesn’t need to know the reason why I’m bringing the sandwich back they will just remake it….. that was rude and in spite of my complaint I was being polite. I have a choice to go to the Snellville location or here but I try to support Grayson because it’s my city however this location already charges more and simple request like a side of pickles was not met because “that’s something they don’t do.” It seems like there’s a bunch of teenagers working there doing and treating customers, however they want, and there’s no one of any type of authority in the building.

I recently went to Zaxby’s at 2 locations today and last night. The location in Loganville had great service and were extra nice. But the one here in Grayson was some of the worst I’ve experienced recently due to bad service and poor food quality. When I drove up to the window, I asked nicely if I got the funnel cake I asked for, then she responded with an attitude and said yea while im hearing smirking in the back. Then once I got my food I said “thank you” and she just shut the window. As I was pulling away, I heard more laughter, but then again it probably wasn’t related. And when I tried the food, the fries had 0 seasoning, it was mushy along with a soggy sandwich. I find it kinda crazy that both these locations were like day and night in terms of overall quality and service. I will not be eating from the Grayson location again.
TERRIBLE . If you go through the drive thru, don’t leave the parking lot before verifying your order was given to you. Several times it’s happened to me, and other people I’ve told about this. Last time, I go back in and see the kid “working” the drive thru (who I’d asked at the window:“was that everything?” and he said “yeah”) back over at the drive thru texting or whatever on his phone. Then, when I told the “manager” that half my order was left out, she acted like I was bothering her and like she couldn’t care less, -and not once apologized for the inconvenience or mistake. But no worries- they have lost my business from now on!
