My order wasn't correct and the staff was irritated with me because they gave me the wrong food. Management has yhe same attitude. The food is bad because the energy of the people preparing it is bad. Do not eat here.

This location doesn't reflect Sugarloaf 's location. Always issues with the order being correct, and then the prep just not the same.

Great pizza ! Friendly staff , and amazing prices . They were clearly under staffed but they worked great as a team to get the ordered out . My family and I will be back . This was our first time trying this place . 10/10

Very slow service. Seems to be ran by teenagers. Always a wait. Have to wait for them to come to the window when they are in a clear view.

Pizza was good enough. Ordered ahead and was notified pizza was ready, but in actuality, they hadn't started. Long wait time. It's good value pizza, but that's about it.

Came at 8:20 was told it would only take 10 minutes for 3 pizzas. It took them 40 minutes, they didn't come get us when the pizzas were done, and they were missing ingredients.

Guy didn't even seem to care a little bit. Whoever is running this place needs to get new people for night shift, the current ones are garbage.

I use to love Riverside pizza. But they appear to be dropping the quality to save. Horrible. The dough was so thin and so so dry it was inedible. I return it for a refund. I was told it is because I didn't get the sauce. I am not a fan of the pizza sauce and love my cheese pizza without it. This was the Grayson location. But, I tried the Riverside Parkway location recently and it wasn't much better. I am very disappointed. They must do better...
