The senior staff lady who waited on me just now, was not friendly at all. Maybe she was tired. However, the young man in training was nice. He tells me to have a good day as I left. The lady says nothing, even when I tell her thank you, and left a tip. Not the kind of service we have come to expect from the Jersey Mike brand.
Team is always great and friendly
This is easily one of my favorite Jersey Mike’s locations. The store is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the sandwiches are consistently fresh and made exactly how you order them.
The team works efficiently, keeps the line moving, and still takes the time to provide great customer service. You can tell they take pride in keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining high standards.
