“Wooooooow. I had not eaten at JM's in almost 20 years because my veggie sandwich had meat shavings on it. A coupon brought my daughter in. I asked if the slicer could be cleaned. The answer was yes. The young man went to great lengths to be sure the slicer was free of meat. He and the guys working with him were aaammmmaaazing. The sandwich was deeeeeeeeeeeelicious. We will be back...coupon or not.“

“Under the new management last year, this sandwich shop has become my go-to lunch spot. I've tried several sandwiches, and my favorites are the Philly cheesesteak and the Proscuitto with fresh Mozzarella, both are excellent. I've also heard great things about the tuna sandwich, so that's definitely next on my list.

If you're looking to skip the carbs, they offer salad options too, but it's hard to resist their sides. The French fries, chicken tenders, and wings are seriously addictive. Portions are very generous. I've even saved leftovers to finish for dinner more than once. Overall, if you want a quick but flavorful lunch, you definitely need to check this place out!“

“Brand new Firehouse subs in Loganville. They are friendly and have tasty food. The food is always fresh and affordable and the staff is very professional and courteous. I have been ordering food and dining here for going on 4 years now. My family loves the place and started going here over the nearby Subway when it opened. It's much better than Subway which has started going downhill lately.They have improved a lot since the pandemic has slowed down.“

“Love Blimpie! So much better than other sandwich places. This location tho.. it's like a corner store in a small town because the owner knows his customers by name, customers know each other. Not only is the atmosphere exceptional, the customer service is top notch! The food? Fantastic! Fresh bread, freshly sliced meats & cheeses.. of course it's built however you want it, and all done with care & a genuine smile. The cherry on top for me is the sweet peppers.. no one else has peppers like these, you must try them! I purposely seek out this particular Blimpie when I'm in town because of the trifecta of good food, friendly service & welcoming atmosphere. I wish we still had a Blimpie in Savannah. “Please see my letter to corporate, whom I hope will recognize this manager and her team for the work they are doing. To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person. I went to the other location that’s almost in Grayson yesterday because the Loganville location was closed. Huge difference in how the details of what I wanted on the sandwich were followed. I will not go back to that location.“
