The manager Taylor was so professional and sweet. I come here every weekend just to see her smiling face . If we have ever had a mistake she fixes it right away and makes sure we are taken care of! She is so personable and we love her

This location took almost an hour to receive our food and the manager at this location was not helpful. My husband received a chicken sandwich that looked thrown together and all the veggies were wilted. This was such a horrible experience and we love Whataburger.

I ordered my food thru the app and it took over and hour after I got there to receive it. My wife ordered hers when got there and still got my phone before mines. When I got my food, I couldn’t eat because I’m pretty sure it was tampered with. Money and time waste. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Food is decent but customer service is AWFUL!!!! I almost ask for my money back. Awful and rude customer service at the drive up windows. THEY definitely more training.

Reagan made the whole visit worth it. She was handling the register and serving on her own and never lost her warmth or pace. The food came out fresh, the place was clean, and the prices were reasonable. Still, it was clear she was carrying a lot on her shoulders. She deserves some backup. Even so, she delivered excellent service and left a strong impression.
