It was relatively clean they had been open less than an hour. Took a normal amount of time for two combos one burger one Philly. Philly was really good bread wasnt soggy. Burger was mid. Wayyy too many fries and fries were not even warm to be food we ordered when we got there.

My family and I ordered food for the recent Super Bowl at 2 PM for a pick up at 6 PM. They proceed to let me know at pick up they don’t know when would be ready. I told them to cancel my order due to the game starting and the terrible customer service. I called around 7 PM to ask them to issue my refund the proceed to tell me to call my bank and they will eat the wings. I have $55 charge for food I never receive from a place I tend to order from often. I’ll never order from here again.

The most alarming issue was that the chicken was extremely undercooked and rubbery to the point where it was clearly not properly cooked. After eating, I became ill and vomited I can’t say with certainty what item caused it, but it may have been the food or possibly the fruit punch Regardless, becoming sick after a meal is unacceptable and raises further concerns about food handling, storage, or cleanliness. In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant was very concerning. The open kitchen area appeared visibly dirty, with built-up grime and gunk mixed with standing water. Employees walked out of the kitchen leaving a trail of dark, dirty liquid on the floor. There were also clear signs of cross-contamination. When I opened my wings container, there was rice and even a French fry inside, despite these being separate items. I also observed a dead roach near the bathroom area, which raises serious sanitation concerns. Portioning and service were also disappointing. Despite ordering a large rice, I was given only three small yum yum sauces and was told it was meant to be shared among 5 people. The interaction felt dismissive and overly focused on cost-cutting I have experience in this industry, and this experience does not meet basic standards for food safety, cleanliness, or quality control. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately.

The wings were absolutely delicious! We tried the wing and they were cooked perfectly – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, The sauces were amazing, i will come back again!!

This place gave me severe food poisoning from the fried rice. Not an exaggeration when I say I almost died. Threw up for 7 days , spent 10 days in the hospital. Do not eat at this place. They need to be shut down. If I would have kept the food for testing, I definitely would have sued
Order wings from this place and they were delivered so undercooked. The wings literally looked like the were cooked for for a minute or two and then covered with sauce. I called the store trying to see how they would rectify the issue and they were no help at all, just said I need to call Uber Eats. Uber Eats didn't cook these wings, yall did so rectify the issue. This place used to be good when they first opened but the quality of service and food has went down hill. Will never order from this place again.

Tried calling about my buffalo chicken sandwich order that I placed for a friend, but no one returned my call. The hot wings were good, but I would not recommend the buffalo chicken sandwich. It looked like they just poured hot sauce over plain chicken. I called twice and even left a message, but never heard back.
