I love the pizza. Tonight ,however, I was really disappointed with my order. Not sure if the woman didn't understand my order or wrote it down wrong but it wasn't right. The food was still great, it just isn't what I wanted or ordered. If you are going to charge a premium price, then give premium service and food. Tried to call them but they had already closed

Service was nice and friendly. The food was good overall and we enjoyed our pizza.
We also got spaghetti and meatballs but unfortunately the spaghetti was room temperature and not hot enough so the pasta and sauce was clumped up and the meatballs were cold in the middle. Seems like the meatballs are pre-cooked and then added later? Not sure but overall the spaghetti was a bit of a miss.
The mozzarella sticks were fine.

It took an hour to get our food. One of our guest never got food after reminding the waitress twice. My lettuce in my salad was limp as if it was left sitting on the counter. Alfredo noodles were over cooked and the sauce seemed to be the cheapest jar sauce. One of my guest said their chicken was undercooked. Very nice area but the food was the worst. Our waitress was nice but you could see she was overworked. There didn't seem to be enough of Staff available to accommodate the guest.

Disappointing and unsanitary experience.
We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, our visit was a major letdown. The mozzarella sticks came out cold, not lukewarm, cold. Even worse, the buffalo chicken dip had an ant in it. Yes, an actual insect in our food.
When we brought it to the staff’s attention, there was little to no concern shown, and no meaningful apology or offer to make it right. Cleanliness and basic food safety should be the bare minimum at any restaurant, and this experience left us feeling grossed out and disappointed. Definitely won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I think the server was new. He missed a few things that we ordered. Not terrible but not great either. We went around 2:30 p.m. There were only a couple of people eating and maybe 3 sitting at the bar.
First we ordered the tuesday, $10 burger and fries special. Fries were good. The burger looked like a dirty hocky puck. Maybe because it was for our 7 year old, the felt they should burn it. He was pretty hungry so he chose to eat it rather than wait for a new one. Next was the Georgia cob. Again, not bad but if we would have known, we would definitely order it without the bbq sauce. There was way too much and it just didn't go. We also ordered the Margherita pizza and we added Italian sausage and the pesto swirl. The additions made it a bit too oily but that's on us. It was delicious though.
The drinks we're also pretty pricey.
They did provided a veteran discount of 20% off of some of the food. That was very nice.
Still, $85 for an average lunch and service.
Good service, and a great sportsbar-like atmosphere.
Great margaritas, too!
Good food with decent pricing, but the menu is a bit limited.
I was kind of hoping there might be might more options to choose from.
On a more positive note, we walked in with eight for dinner and we didn't have to wait at all.
Overall, a very good dining experience.
Just dined at local amici and they were super busy and understaffed.... however, Isaac and Christine were rock stars and showed great customer service.... above and beyond!!!! Will definitely be back...make sure to ask for Issac and Christine.... they were awesome!!!

Cold mediocre food. One in our party ordered Chicken Parmigiana (waiters favorite). The other ordered Fettuccine. Chicken was tasty, but pasta was lukewarm. Fettuccine was a child size order and also lukewarm. Both sauces tasted like jarred Prego.
Pricey for what u get Italian food with no bread
