They waterdown my chocolate milkshake by adding ICE to it! MILKSHAKES have 2 ingredients, ice cream and milk. No water No ice!

I placed an online order for a birthday cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. When I got to the store to get the cake, they didn't have it or any cakes at all. The manager was not sympathetic and just said they were understaffed and my order slipped through the cracks. We will never give them our business again. Dairy Queen it is!

The manager here has such a nasty attitude. I’ve never been so unimpressed with a business. Take the extra time to drive up to Starbucks. Better Customer Service and Better Drinks.

Never have anything in stock. Always close early. Apparently, they only keep like three flavors of ice cream, any new flavor, or any popular flavor is never in stock.
What kind of ice cream store opens at 5 AM and closes at 8 PM in the middle of the summer at a popular summer vacation spot

According to staff, when the speaker goes off they are closed. Tonight that was at 7:50pm (or before). Store needs to update hours in apps before other customers make wasted trips to this establishment. My only consolation is. I probably didn't need all those calories anyway.
