I didn't believe the very low review and thought to myself it's just a Burger King, how can it be bad...? Well, don't make my mistake. Trust the reviews! This is probably the worst Burger King you can go to. The food was bitter and service was bad. The place was dirty. Just so yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Waited 24 min for a whopper meal in drive through. No customers inside and one car in front of me. I honked several times for refund and was ignored. Banged on window and snooty kid came to window and said “ what!” Told home to get manager and he said I was not allowed to speak with her. Someone else came to window and tried to apologize and said they are out of meat. I asked them if you’re out of meat what am I getting. He replied that they were figuring something out. FIGURING SOMETHING OUT? They managed to get patty and I asked to just give me back my money. They refused saying food already prepared and shut window. I’m a real laid back and understanding person but this is ridiculous. Corporate still hasn’t called back so to hell with Burger King. It’s obviously they’re going bankrupt. If I wanted to be rested like crap, lied to and given food my dog wouldn’t even eat I’d just go to my in-laws for dinner!!!! Burger King is worthless!!

Used to be tasty food. Today, 9/28/25, she repeated the order back to me. Got to the window I paid and I waited approximately 10 minutes to get the food and I was the only one in line at the drive-through. I get home with it and of course, the order was not right. But, nothing new. I ordered two jr cheeseburgers and two small fries. I got three plain burgers and one fry. But that's okay, the dog can have the other one. The burger was overcooked and had no flavor which is rare because this Burger King has always had good tasting food. I won't be going back there for a while.
It took 20 minutes for some nuggets. They then told us to pull away from the window to wait for the food. We sat in the car for 10 minutes before I went into the restaurant. When I asked about the status of my order, the worker looked at the order screen and realized that they had no nuggets. a different worker then went to get some frozen nuggets to drop into the fryer. Meaning they literally didn't even start making the nuggets until I walked into the store to ask about the status of my order. If I didn't go in to ask, it would've taken even longer. It took a total of 20 minutes to receive my order.
