Unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty, rude. While traveling we made a quick stop at Burger King. Manager arguing with the staff about clocking in. Rest of staff laughing and playing hanging out in front the building playing. Uniforms are horrible not a care in the world. girl walking around with her makeup bag. The floor & tables dirty. The rest room is a mess. This location is a mess the managers need training and so does the rest of the staff

The lady taking the order was completely unmotivated and picked up my sandwich at one point and just tossed it back on the rack. It became partially unwrapped and after laying there for several minutes asked me what I had and when I told her she turned around and grabbed it and stuffed it in a bag and handed it to me. I am a big fan of Burger King but will not go back to the store.

My wife and I went through drive through. The young lady was having head set trouble then stop communicating with us. We went to the lobby to order but the young lady was complaining about her stress and nobody would serve us. She rant for a whole 10 minutes about respect. We had to go elsewhere to eat

Stayed at hotel by here and went to this BK in January and now it's that same in September...just more idiots behind the counter now. Location is not well kept and employees are non existent.
Workers are rude. The food was cooked just fine. I've worked in fast food so I know you have your days but keep your attitude off the clock. Then we were missing food, but they were so rude and we had to come in from drive thru so many times that we didn't dear ask for the order to be fixed. $30+ dollars on fast food to be treated so poorly.

Lobby had a dead bug. Employee didn't know how to ring up food items without assistance. Young man who seemed the manager helped. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger no mustard. Got a double hamburger no mustard. Confronted the young guy about it, was told I ordered a double hamburger no mustard. Showed me on his screen.
Didn't offer to fix it. Nothing.
Asked for a BBQ sauce, got one that had an obvious cut in it. Fries were cold and soggy.
Probably should have just demanded a refund.
Don't eat here. What a joke.
