Really wanted to try the food here, but they refused to let me place a take-out order, even though a few other customers were able to... guess they only serve particular people. I'm more than happy to spend my money elsewhere!

Ordered take out so can’t speak for the atmosphere but the portion size on the half sandwich/half salad was pitiful. I ordered the same wrap as my aunt but did a half sandwich/half salad and mine was like a child sized portion! The food was good but I feel like they skimped on the portion size.

Coffee taste great, and servers were very friendly. Not really a cozy environment though which is what I was looking for.

I have Celiac disease and Daniel personally handed me my food and ensured me it was completely gluten free and safe. What a breath of fresh air to not be terrified to eat out.

Cafe 44 is a great place to get a sandwich and iced latte for a great price! At this cafe, you order at the register first and then take a seat. The interior is on the simpler side, but they are fast at table turnover. I tried the California Club and the Traditional Club and enjoyed them both. They have multiple specialty latte flavors. I tried the Samoa and Brown Butter Toffee and both were really good, but the Samoa is very sweet. I selected the homemade chips for my side and they added a nice touch!
Had lunch with my mother today at Cafe 44 in Greensboro, GA. We both ordered the special — Tuna Melt with albacore tuna, crispy bacon, white cheddar, lettuce, and tomato on perfectly grilled sourdough.
I had mine with their amazing coleslaw — fresh, crisp, and just the right tang.
My mother went with the homemade potato chips — golden, crunchy, and addictively good.
From the friendly service to the beautiful setting, this place is an easy 5-star in my book. Definitely worth the stop if you’re near Lake Oconee.

Hands down the best omelette I’ve ever had. Bizarre thing to say because omelets aren’t usually top culinary treats, but the one I had here knocked my socks off. Can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been stuck in a brunch rut so we decided to try someplace new for breakfast. Seems like we were the last ones to hear about this awesome cafe.
I had the Genoa Benedict special and my wife had a veggie scramble (omelette modification). Both were delicious and the service was FAST! Loved the vibe of the place (which sort of surprised us from the strip mall exterior) and the prices were amazingly reasonable.
Adding this one to our weekend brunch rotation (but breakfast ends at 10:30 so don’t dilly dally).

Definitely worth going out of the way to grab lunch on our drive from Atlanta to Augusta! We had the French dip and blackened turkey sandwich (lunch special). Both were fantastic, and very reasonably priced!!

Great food and coffee!
Fantastic food and restaurant. Got the Cuban sandwich and will 1000% be back to get it again and to try some more food. Staff is friendly, food came out extremely fast for how busy they were. 10/10

Absolutely loved Cafe 44! The food was delicious, extremely reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was great! Their coffee was also top notch and better than any coffee franchise. Would highly recommend and definitely will be going back!!
