Chick-fil-A at Lake Oconee

Just left there. Walked out. There was a cluster of employees behind the checkouts talking. No one acknowledged me waiting in line. Only one register was open. Always had great service at other Chick-fil-A's. I will not be back to this one.

Staff very friendly and store clean. Nuggets are always good!😃

For some reason, this Chick-fil-A does not open both lanes, they don’t have personnel outside taking orders to speed up the process, and the customer service is closer to McDonald’s than any other Chick-fil-A I visit. More often than not, they open 2 to 3 minutes late with the drive-through many times a week and there is an abnormal wait time in the drive-through. Facility is very clean and the food is good.

Did my order through the mobile app and waited twice as long as people who ordered at the counter. Just something to keep in mind when you’re ordering your food and you’re on a time crunch. Don’t use the app just go ahead and go to the restaurant.

I have been to this Chick-fil-A many times. I have also been to probably 100 other Chick-fil-A's across the country. This is the worst one I have ever visited by a large margin. Other then it being Chick-fil-A food it is not in line with other franchises. Yesterday will be the last time ever i stop at this location. I hope this doesn't give a preview of where Chick-fil-A as a company is headed.

This has happened to me twice now where I have gone and got 12 nuggets from this cfa and have received 7-8 nuggets both times I thought I was crazy at first but then looked at my receipt and saw 12 count nugget I am very disappointed with cfa lack of discipline to look at how many nuggets they put in there containers

They were awesome when they opened now they don't have enough employees it seems to not have a line wrapped around the building and it take 10+ in the drive thru. 😀

Place is very busy and noisey. You better know what you want before you get in line. Food tastey but small portions. Pricey.

Never order food, stood in line for 20 minutes and stood at the cash register for 10 and the lady said we can take your order but we’re just super busy horrible service would not go there. Never had to Stand in line for so long to never order at a Chick-fil-A before horrible service
