Chick-fil-A at Lake Oconee

This is the third time coming to this chick fil a. This is also the third time our order has been wrong and third time the kids meal was missing its toy. The staff are rude, and the bathrooms are always dirty.

I do not understand how a chick fil a can be so bad! I will drive the extra 22 miles and go to Madison’s Chick Fil A.

This is the worst chick fil a ever. Every time I come here they get my order wrong! Mind you im here once a week. Today it was a salad a whole salad how do you forget that. They also didnt have the new djon mustard sauce !! If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!

“What a disaster for a Chick Fila”. Dining room a mess, food wait 25+ minutes, no one knew what was going on. Order was missing items. I would expect much better from a Chick fila right off the interstate on a holiday weekend. Clearly decided to let the JV team try to run the show today.

Worst experience I have EVER had at any fast food establishment. Stood for 40 minutes in a mob of people waiting to receive their messed up orders, missing half of the order, and workers have the worst attitude, shaking their heads having to do their jobs.

I live in Reynolds lake oconee Worst chick fil la I've ever been to , everytime I come its this one lady with a nasty attitude and always gives me the wrong food! never again

Disappointing has become the norm at chick fil a. Picked up dinner this evening and got home and it was all wrong. They use to pride themselves on their service with a smile. I ordered a 12 pc nugget and got an 8 pc. Requested sauce for the nuggets, none in the bag. My fruit cup looked like it was sitting in the sun all day, and it was not edible. The gentleman on the mic for the drive thru was a rude. I don’t know that I can ever go back.

Worst chik fila that I have ever been in. Order was completely wrong. Received my (wrong milkshake) after my meal was gone. Floors were nasty. Staff sitting in the dining room on break with their shoes off and up in a chair. Not a single table wiped off. So gross. Will not be back.

Mobile-thru is AWESOME! Quick, easy, and always smiling faces! Dogs in the drive-thru was so much fun!! Inside is super clean!

Just left there. Walked out. There was a cluster of employees behind the checkouts talking. No one acknowledged me waiting in line. Only one register was open. Always had great service at other Chick-fil-A's. I will not be back to this one.

For some reason, this Chick-fil-A does not open both lanes, they don’t have personnel outside taking orders to speed up the process, and the customer service is closer to McDonald’s than any other Chick-fil-A I visit. More often than not, they open 2 to 3 minutes late with the drive-through many times a week and there is an abnormal wait time in the drive-through. Facility is very clean and the food is good.
