Just went through the drive thru to order a simple number 1 combo. Got up to the window and had to wait and watch while someone who placed their order after me picked up their food before me. Seems like they were friends of the people working the window. Guess that's the standard now.

My daughter and I came through Greensboro yesterday from out of town and despite us being regulars at chick fil a, I had absolutely no idea what we wanted by the time we got to the window. I was overwhelmed and their AMAZING employee Roland was just wonderful! He kept reassuring me that I was no problem and to take my time. He was happy , like genuinely happy which def helped me calm and his energy made me feel as if I really was “no problem”. This eased my overstimulation dramatically! I ordered - he was efficient and helped me make decisions (as I asked his input) and not once did I feel rushed despite the fact I saw 4 cars behind me once I finally looked in the rear view mirror (at which point I did make sure to wrap up quickly.)
With all this said, honestly, all chick fil a’s are amazing , BUT THIS PARTICULAR ONE has an amazing employee named Roland who made our trip to Greensboro a truly fun experience where I left feeling like I was sincerely treated with respect and got to enjoy a few laughs ! The food came out hot and fresh ! The fries crispy and gone within minutes bc we couldn’t stop eating, the building was beautiful & the area around and just all together was a wonderful experience!
I appreciate Roland as he seems to be a happy , ncomforting , kind human naturally who just wants to spread that around - even if it’s “just” at a fast food restaurant… because to me, it seemed Roland cared more about me as a person and for that I am thankful and HAD to come make a review. Great job to the hiring manager ! Have a blessed day!
(And to Roland’s mom if you read this - thank you for raising such a wonderful son! It was an honor to meet him yesterday! And Roland - my daughter said don’t forget it’s aura fragrance lol )
Ordered a standard chick fil a sandwich with no pickle. They gave me one with pickle, which is no big deal, but when I asked them to replace it I had to wait for over ten minutes and it wasn’t even that busy. At every other chick fil a I’ve been to, they are quick to correct a mistake and to offer compensation and this location did not.

We went through the drive through. Staff was courteous and kind. We had to pull off and wait for our food and were given a breakfast gift card- a nice surprise

Devontae (I believe this is his name or something similar) went above and beyond, bringing orders out to drive thru so we did not have to wait for larger orders. He even parked car's so the rest of us wouldn't be stuck after receiving our order. This is definitely not usually my experience for this location.Hopefully he can train others to do the same. Way to go!

The person who took our order was rude overall, we waited on our food for a very long time. We were there for dinner in, after the kids started getting fussy, we checked on our food and they had placed it in the mobile order spot so it was cold and then we didn’t even have half the order of what we needed. When we told them then we were missing items, he said oh ok, turned and walked off.
