Excellent Italian restaurant. Quaint atmosphere, food was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

I was excited to visit da Corrado after receiving an email confirming there would be several gluten-free options, including pasta. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was communicated.

There were only three labeled gluten-free items—two appetizers and one vegetarian pasta with no protein. None of the main entrees could be made gluten-free, even though some (like risotto or grilled meats) are typically naturally gluten-free. When I asked about modifying dishes, I was told they couldn’t be changed.

What was more concerning was that our server was unsure about what was gluten-free and guessed without checking. Only after I insisted did they ask the chef or owner. For someone with a gluten allergy, this was disappointing and felt unsafe.

I would strongly suggest better staff education on dietary restrictions and clearer labeling or flexibility on the menu—like offering sauces or proteins that are gluten-free and removing bread when possible.

The ambiance and wine were great, but overall, the experience fell short due to the lack of reliable gluten-free options and staff knowledge.

An amazing place with excellent food

The food is great, love the atmosphere as well. The carbonara is the best we have ever had. The first time we ate here, the old fashioned was perfect. We came back for my birthday, and looked forward to them, but this time they came with regular ice cubes. If an old fashioned is $14 dollars, I do think it’s reasonable to expect them to come with the correct ice. That was the only disappointing thing. Other than that, would be 5 stars.

The fettuccine Alfredo and calamari was tasty. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back.

We have eaten here 3 times in the last month and every time it has been wonderful! Food was fantastic and service was great. Highly recommend!

Refuses to do take out orders!! Unbelievable.

Why can’t we have a decent Italian restaurant here at the lake???

2/3 of our food arrived 1.5 hours after ordered. Took it to go and called it a night. The food we got was great though

We were here twice while at the lake.
The staff was attentive nice and didn’t rush you.
The wine and drinks were very good.
Over two nights, we had lasagna, veal parmesan, and lobster ravioli. Everything was really good. I loved the ravioli with bisque in which it was served. I would actually rather had another 4 ravioli and skipped the lobster tail ?
We had the tiramisu both nights. It was so good. If you’re hungry it’s a great place to eat. Also the grilled Caesar salad is great!!

Ordered a small salad. Charged $9 for lettuce and a cucumber slice. That was it. Called and manager never returned my call.
Lasagna was just ok. Will definitely advertise and will not be eating there.

The restaurant needs fresh Parmesan cheese. Grated parmesan was served in a plastic cup. I paid $65 for a bottle of $22 wine, can I atleast get some real Parmesan chees??

We had a rehearsal dinner here for our niece. We had 22 people and were in a private room with a buffet. The food and service were excellent and the family got to take home all the extra food from the buffet. Great atmosphere.
