Food is what you expect but the employees at the counter were very on top of things.
Rudest staff that literally tells the customers no or that they are incorrect and up charges on everything. Not to mention not having stock of dipped cone flavors listed on the menu and also barely adding anything to the blizzards to where I should’ve just ordered plain vanilla ice cream. DQ seriously needs to audit here bc this is ruining the brand.
Used to get decent Texas toast now it's just cold bread with a little butter on it. Fries were also soggy.

My grandson & I had a lunch here last week. He had a burger with fries and I had a salad with chicken. The gentleman taking the order was nice and our food was ready very quickly.
I would rank the food quality and taste about 3-1/2 out of 5. It wasn’t bad, but not on the level of Chic-fil-a for a comparison. How can anyone go to a DQ and not get ice cream? It was a 5 out of 5.
The restaurant including the restroom was clean.

Dropped (my own) Mother’s Day cake and they wouldn’t give me a new one, HORRIBLE customer service and values! Needs to be under new ownership ASAP!! Do not give them business!!

Server was nice when ordering. He kept telling the cook ketchup only on my #9 we get to where we were going and my son opens it up and it is fixed like normal pickles mustard and ketchup. Had to wipe it off and take pickles off and recover it with ketchup.
