Server was nice when ordering. He kept telling the cook ketchup only on my #9 we get to where we were going and my son opens it up and it is fixed like normal pickles mustard and ketchup. Had to wipe it off and take pickles off and recover it with ketchup.

We had lunch there last Monday and it was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman who took our order treated us like guests at a high end restaurant, not a fast food joint. I’m in the area quite frequently during the summer. I’ll be back! Thanks!
Incredibly outrageous employee yelled at me for using their completely empty parking space as a customer of another Parkside Disctrict store. Ridiculous!

I never leave reviews anywhere because I have worked in the fast food industry myself ,but when I came through the drive through to order for my coworkers there was a younger guy with glasses who was extremely rude over the speaker. He rushed us and had a nasty attitude and then when we pulled to the window he wasn’t there. We had ordered a chocolate milkshake and he said he didn’t get it, which may have been true we did have a big order. He got an attitude about us asking about the chocolate shake and we smiled trying to be nice he said “I don’t know what’s funny.”

We arrived to a very busy restaurant, but once inside the line moved quickly and the employees were extremely efficient. The man who took our order was patient, kind and helpful. Our burgers, fries and onion rings were all perfect. Our ice cream was also delicious. We will return soon!
