It is a great place to live.

I got to officiate a wedding on Lake Oconee yesterday. It’s not very often that I make it up to this area of the state of Georgia. Some of them most beautiful country around. I wish I had time to drive over to some of the golf courses and certainly hope that I get a chance to play one day up there. Top notch lake with very clear water and beautiful lots all over the neighborhood I highly recommend for a weekend getaway and or vacation spot.

Was here for a conference. I've been coming here every other year for the same conference and no complaints. Took my wife with me and made it a mini vacation.

Can't say anything bad about this Ritz location. Everyone who works there is professional and courteous. Room was great and even better amenities.

Great place for relaxation everything was in and around had a marvelous time the food was excellent, walking trail were well define, the staff was most polite and helpful with anything that you weren't sure about.

Our company comes here once a year; however, this year something happened that I must post a review. There was a bartender who didn't service me and a couple of other people of color on the team. When its blatant and in your face something is definitely wrong! I told the manager about it and he told me well she did serve others of your color on the other side and maybe she is overwhelmed. Not a good enough answer for me because we sat at the bar waiting for her to even acknowledge us and she never did. Instead she prepared a drink for one of my team members who she saw a far off walking to bar so as he walked up she handed him his drink and still said nothing to us. My team member isn't a person of color.Manager a better answer for you would've been, I'm sorry for your experience, I do apologize and I will go and speak with her now. After my complaint, her attitude did change. I never went back to the bar but I did observe from the pool area. Why did it had to come to me complaining in the first place???‍♀️

They keep the every area's clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We love staying here.

Luxurious, accommodating!

Spectacular area surrounded by nature and more songbirds singing in the mornings than I've heard before! The hotel/resort was lovely and high-quality but down-to-earth. The grounds were a nature's paradise! The only thing I would hope for if I would go again is a more inclusive menu with many more plant-based (vegan) options. The restaurant staff were very accommodating but really it would be nice to have more options on all your menus.
