The restaurant location was nice. However, the food was sub-par…it was not tasty at all. What made this expensive horrible was the service. Our waiter was so rude and and disrespectful…not sure if he was having a bad day but you shouldn’t take that out on customers. Today was my birthday and I came here for my birthday dinner. I will never be back again. The waiter came to the table and asked for my drink - he then walked away before I could finish telling him my entire drink order (he had to go back and add Don Julio to my margarita). I hope this review helps someone make their meal plans

We were a party of 15. Service was excellent and food was great. Prices are super reasonable. I don't understand why others have given bad reviews, everything was amazing.

First time dining at Jalisco and I was not impressed. Drinks were good, food was ok but service could be a whole lot better. I was there with my co-workers for our Christmas luncheon. We had three orders of house special (different variations), carnitas with verde salsa and pollo sabroso. The kitchen brings out the food and we try to tell the lady that the order is not right. She literally argues with us that it is. She left and came back with a menu to show us what the dish was. Thankfully our server happened to walk by and he explained to her the changes and showed her the order. She snatched the wrong dish back and left. No apology whatsoever. Just left!! Sorry to say that brought the mood down and we couldn't leave fast enough. We all got to-go boxes and left. Maybe I'll give them another chance, maybe not...

Tried this place out for the first time while on my work break. I was worried about going to a sit-down restaurant during my hour lunch break, but I was greatly impressed with how quick everything came out. I would say our food came out within 5 minutes of ordering it. It was around lunchtime as well, so the place definitely wasn't empty. The food tasted great and I can't wait to go back again.
