They’ve come a long way from when they first opened. The team was very pleasant and seemed to work well together.

It was the Tuna for me, I always come here for it whether it’s a sub or a salad since this opened. Today was bad it was really wet and mushy like Subway. Also did not smell too fresh. I’ll try another menu option instead next time and change my review if it gets better.

I am a sub snob and will only eat at Jersey Mike’s. Everywhere I travel, I look for Jersey Mike’s. I do find myself in Greensboro quite frequently, and have always stopped in this particular store. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. However, what’s sets this particular store apart is the fact my sub is ALWAYS perfect! I mean always. The consistency is amazing to me! Thank you for your continued attention to detail!

Ordered online and waited over 40 minutes- slow service and complete wrong order - no vegetables on our sandwiches. Missing one order. Just really disappointed.

Not one person smiles and the sandwiches get smothered and sloppy once the dude puts your sandwich together with one hand . Started out a great place but after this cluster fuk of a sandwich, I will not be stopping here.

Do not order online or you will be standing here for an hour! Don’t get any hot subs they also take wayyyyyy too long I ordered at 11:23 and I’m still waiting at 12:16. There’s about 8 people in here also waiting for their online order. Something needs to change. There’s also no room to stand and wait!

Food was good! Sign on the door saying online orders only. Employee checked me out at the register with no online order. This business lost 4 customers during my visit.

I've eaten lots of subs but this was the best I've possibly had. The reason was the sandwich artist Matthew. This young man took such pride he the sandwiches he made. He said his goal is to get one of his sandwiches on a commercial. If every employee for Jersey Mikes is like Matthew, all the other sun shops better watch out!!

Very good sub! I'm from NJ, and I never ate at JMike's growing up. Fast forward 30-years, their subs remind me of what I grew up eating. Jersey Mike's rules!
