We chose this place to start our day with a good breakfast before doing some vacationing. After looking at the options and reviews of the area establishments, we chose this one because of the breakfast burrito reviews. They did not disappoint- we also had the green eggs & ham and shared an order of biscuits & gravy. They were also delicious- I loved the salsa verde the eggs & ham came with and the avocado slices were fresh. The gravy(with sausage) was great and the biscuits were SO fluffy. The service was kind, and focused on making sure I got what I had needed and that it would make it back to my Airbnb intact. The atmosphere was clean and friendly. There are some reviews about the service here, I did not experience anything other than good intelligent, hard working people doing their best. If we’d discovered this place earlier, we’d definitely be back and will be next time we’re in the area.

My second vist to the Lake Diner for breakfast. I had the breakfast quesadilla which included sausage, egg and cheese. And cubed potatoes on the side. It was simply delicious! I will be back with my family. Also the service was professional and quick.

If this had a zero star review Id give it a zero. Same with the 3 others I was with, The server young guy he was alright. The french toast wasnt french toast homemade like the other diners here in georgia. It was the exact swirl toast from publix. My overeasy eggs popped while they were out somehow. Didnt look “presentable” bringing out. The worst part when the eggs were brought out part the egg yoak landed in my brothers water glass and no one gave him new water till 30 mins later. The Food was cold. Coffee was cold. If your visiting from out of state I wouldnt come here. and dont waste your money. terrible food and very long wait. we thought we were getting punkd and on ome of those tv shows while in there. The young guy with glasses and black hair was good enough kept saying sorry even though it was the companys fault not his. Whoever owns this place you also need to fix the coffee machine. Terrible place dont waste your money!
Parking: Decent parking next to a gas station.

Super slow and our waitress didn’t check on us once after we got our food. We had to ask another waitress to even bring our check. Awful service
My wife and I went to eat after church and it was definitely not a very memorable experience. We sat down at a booth and no one came to wait on us. My wife had to leave the table to track down someone to wait on us. Even then it took a while before someone came to take our order. It seemed that no one knew what to do. We finally got someone to take our order but it took over an hour to get our food and to make matters worse we weren’t the only ones this was happening to. There were many parties that ended up leaving for lack of attention. The person that my wife tracked down said it was his first day and he was thrown to the wolves and in his defense, he was scared to death. My wife finally got her meal and it took them another 15 to 20 minutes to get what I ordered out. The only good thing about this experience was that my order was hot. Needless to say, after what transpired today, I don’t foresee them being in business much longer unless they change the way they run things.

No service at all except tea for 20 minutes. Not again! 4 or 5 people working, the place was not packed. Works standing there just talking to each other. The guy behind us had to ask for creamer for his coffee 4 times.......
Unacceptable. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of attention and care of the wait staff and cook. We came in and ordered immediately. We were continuously told our food was coming up so we decided to wait. After an hour of waiting, keep in mind there were maybe six tables total filled, people were walking out. When we were told our food was on the grill and we would have our food asap they had made it for a different table that had come in 15 minutes after us. We got up and left. No apologies were given and no explanation. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. They could care less about customer service, and the owner was no where to be found.
I drove there because of the reviews but it was closed on a Wednesday 2:00 pm! Not reliable
Waited 40 minutes and finally left without getting any food or silverware after asking for it twice. Had to stir coffee with my straw. Pad 4.28 for 1 coffee. Extremely slow service
Came in for breakfast. Greeted right away. Waitress was so nice. Food was EXCELLENT! And I'm picky. I will be back. I suggest you try this place for yourself. Great service and food.
