Linger Longer Steakhouse

The food and service was excellent!! We were celebrating a birthday and the staff was so attentive! Great ambience and a quieter dining environment that made it easy to carry on a conversation. Many thanks for a great dining experience and a great evening!! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!

Linger longer was great. Good food. Filet was very tender (medium temp). I thought the tuna tartare could have used a soy sauce to give it a little more flavor. The vinegar on the beets salad was a bit heavy. But the South African lobster tail and crab cake were delicious. The sea bass was also great and so was there lobster bisque. The dining staff was accommodating and delightful.

Great experience, thought have the meal was incredible, and half was okay. The bacon appetizer is delicious and a cool experience (they hand torch it in front of you). She crab soup was great. I thought the steak and sides were okay. Surprise at the end is this orange cotton candy that is a fun ending.

While the Ritz Carlton is a solid hotel, the linger longer restaurant is very sub par. They had an unruly group of 20 golfers screaming and yelling in the main dining room. The manager failed to acknowledge the issue and never apologized even after multiple groups got up and left. Very poor management and equally poor service. I do not recommend paying steakhouse cost for a poorly managed restaurant like this one.
