Pedro's Mexican Grill & Cantina

Chose Pedro's over Jalisco because Jalisco is horrible in every way.
Ordered a Chimichanga, and halfway through it, there was a toothpick sideways in the meat. It was not holding the tortilla together. It was cooked in the meat. So be cautious!! I did not ask for free food, and they did not offer. An apology was offered.

Stopped in on a Tuesday evening around 6:30. The place was busy but we were greeted and seated right away. Immediately we were served chips and salsa. There were two kinds and both were good. We really liked the one as it had a Smokey flavor. We ordered a watermelon margarita and a beer. Beer was ice cold and probably the best watermelon margarita we have had. We also ordered a chimichanga and a burrito loco. Bothe were delicious and we could only eat half of each entree. The prices were fair and the service and food were great.

Read the reviews and was super excited to try it. However the menus were sticky. The chunky guacamole does not taste home made and needed more salt. The chicken was good and so was the green salsa. The prices are high for the portion size and quality.
The red salsa lacked any distinct flavor other than tomato.
But the server was very attentive despite it being busy and she was very nice.

Had dinner here last night.We each had the large margarita,which we found out later was much higher than other places $16.50 each.Dinner was good I had the Pamplona stuffed peppers,which were very good.Husband had the chicken Chimmeys,they were both a lot smaller than normal ones and they were just ok. Service was ok.

My mother and I had the chicken nachos today — absolutely delicious! Generous portions, fresh toppings, and perfectly seasoned chicken. The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy. We’ll definitely be back!

Passing through from Indiana on our way to Florida and we were craving some Mexican food. We googled a few local places and Pedro’s had the best reviews and after eating there, we understand why! We were promptly seated…our server, Chris was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, funny and attentive. The food was exceptionally good and if we’re ever in the area again, we will be back.
