When you put mobile orders over a customer standing in the store it’s not a good thing. (Maybe dedicate one person for in house customers and the other two for mobile orders?) I would also recommend some training on greeting a customer when they are standing at the counter for over 5 minutes. Awkward glances between employees to see who is going to help the person first don’t help. Especially when no one does.

Their new banana iced frosted cold brew is great! I ordered a large with a shot of espresso. The only thing is, they charged me for a large but gave me a medium sized cup. The 16 oz cup is being up charged as if it was a large (20 oz). Shady.

Just a very average place been there twice now the first time was okay second time horrible! I would recommend either Starbucks or dunkin over this place any day of the week! Prices are all about the same as the rest

This was our first time here. PJs has a very nice selection of coffees, lattes, sandwiches, and pastries. We only purchased coffee and latte as we had recently eaten. We will return!
Their vanilla lattes are consistently amazing. Great service and always very kind. I stop here every time I’m in the area!

I visit PJs Coffee weekly and always have a great experience. The espresso is delicious and way better than Starbucks and Dunkin. I always use the mobile app and pick up my order in the drive thru and it’s so quick and easy. The iced white chocolate latte is the best! Also friendly customer service in the drive thru.

Was too much like a Starbucks and definitely over priced. Was okay but not great. Service inside was great but tried the drive through and not very efficient went later in the day but the girl taking the order was also preparing it and serving at the window. It is Starbucks pricing as well, really $5/6 for a basic drive through coffee is too much Sorry as staff are so nice but doesnt beat DDs.
