On this day, they got more stars for having a healthy bite on a day and in a geography where hurricane Helene had wreaked unspeakable havoc, overwhelming gas stations and fast food joints all around.

I came to pick up my $40 online order which was ready when I got there. But had a $20 bill that I wanted to get change for so I can tip the baristas.They declined to help me and said if you aren’t paying for something then we can’t give you change. I corrected them and told them that my order is right there I am picking it up. They still decline to help me get change for a $20 bill. So i just grabbed my order and told them well I guess you aren’t getting a tip since you don’t want to help me.

I wasn’t happy with how long it took to make a simple iced blonde espresso, 13 minutes, after seeing 4 other people who walked in after me get their beverages before me. Disappointed in this Starbucks.

Barista Kayte at this location is amazing! She is a barista, but runs the atmosphere so much I thought she was the store manager. Ive only been to this location once passing through, but it stood out so much that I had to leave a review. I hope Kayte is a store manager for Starbucks one day soon!
