I placed an order on the mobile app. I received a notification that the order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order it wasn’t ready. I told the lady behind the counter and she said with an attitude that she was making it now. I told her to cancel it. She told me that I had to do it in the app. Well the app didn’t cancel or refund me my money. I filled out a complaint and I haven’t heard anything back or received my money. So I’m out of $15.43 and no sandwich. The lady said they all walked out. With an attitude like hers I’d quit to.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to have a training session with their employees on customer service. It's been a long time since I encountered such rude employees.

Garbage, fountain drinks are never working, staff isn’t polite, food is mediocre, oh and the staff is loud. This subway makes me feel like I’m in Atlanta, not Lake Oconee.

Employee are rude and like playing games with customers. By saying computer is down when I am there every time. Why is that? Never had a subway ever treat me this way. You do not deserve to be in business if you are going to be treating your customers like this.

Waited 10 minutes had one customer ahead of me the employ notified us she had to make 3 orders ahead of us because they had already had paid. I don't know what the 3 people behind me did but I left went in public and bought 2

Idiots closed and locked the door and said they were short staffed .. 2 workers inside just sitting around. 6/25/23 at 2:40pm. How many people does it take to make a sub??? And of course the owner doesn't read reviews. Maybe the franchise should close it down.
