Table at the Lake

Came back home for family graduation, birthday celebration and a little R&R. Last night here; husband and I went to grab a nice dinner. Reviews were nice. Nothing indicates reservations needed or recommended. We walked in. Slight bustle; not like Atl though. They took one look at us and the young lady seemed a little nervous. Asked if we had a reservation. I said no and I apologized for not making one. She called over another gentleman who kinda looked at us sideways. Our color didn’t fit the decor! He said the wait would be 1.5hrs but we could sit at the bar. We aren’t bar people (yes I am bougie I worked for it). Decided to move on to the next. Checked their res on THEIR website. Wouldn’t you know the wait was really only 15min! Things to make you go hmm. Although I’m from the Deep South; these reminders are harsh. No matter what your accomplishments; as Jay would say…”Still N****”!

If you want an overpriced limited menu option in a noisy atmosphere this is the place for you

Great spot for brunch that I was introduced to by family. The pancakes are addictive! But the hash browns were decidedly uninspired (McDonalds with parsley?). But can’t wait to try it again

Table at the Lake is a renowned establishment here at the Lake. With our limited dining options, this restaurant is a standout. While I've had two unfortunate encounters with the lamb, which was mostly fat, the majority of my experiences have been excellent. The positive experiences far outweigh these isolated incidents, and I'm confident that Table at the Lake will continue to uphold its reputation for quality dining.

We absolutely love going here. Staff is always very friendly and food is great! Nice local place to get up scale food. It does get busy so highly recommend calling for a reservation so you can get a table.

What a fantastic dining experience. Chef Casey and Chef Shaun are serving up some of the best dishes in the lake county. The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic.

5/5 Review!!! So we were on a Lifestyle Visit in the area (coming from CA), staying at the Ritz Carlton and our real estate agent had highly recommended us to the Table at the Lake for dinner. As we parked, we quickly noticed how quaint the outdoor seating and lighting was....It was just so welcoming and beautiful! We entered into the restaurant which quickly felt like we were in Europe with the exquisite decor and hospitality. We met both of the owners, Jon and Jeff as we entered the restaurant and they both appreciated and were gracious that the local real estate agent had recommended us trying their new restaurant. They were super warm and friendly and accommodating even though we did not have reservations. My husband and I were promptly seating in their outdoor patio with the incredible, cozy ambiance of beautifully decorated accents and decor. Our waiter, Johnny was beyond welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable about all the the menu items. All of his recommendations were spot on and we literally ordered exactly what he recommended based on on our desires. Johnny was amazing with his impeccable service and attention to detail. It was truly such an intimate experience with the Southern hospitality - totally a Win Win for us! Plus the owners both stopped by our table to check in and chat with us during dinner. We absolutely loved the personal touch that we felt while dining at the Table at the Lake! When we visit Lake Oconee again and maybe purchase our next home, we will Definitely dine again at this incredible gem of a restaurant! Such a treat in so many ways! We highly recommend this place!!

Better than the Ritz Linger Longer Steakhouse for steak! 10/10 recommend. The food, drinks and ambiance are top notch! Always come here when we visit family.

A very cozy restaurant with good food and atmosphere. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was Keonka and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and kind.

The Tile Fish was fresh and delicious. Absolutely have the chocolate brownie!

This place is such a gem! The food is superb. The service is top notch! Anytime we have guest coming into town this is definitely #1 on our list to visit with them. The food, drinks, and service has been 10/10 every time we have gone. Would give them extra stars for having the best extra dirty martinis along with the espresso martini!

We stopped in after some friends recommended this place. So glad we did! The food was delicious. Excellent wine menu. And the staff couldn’t have been any more hospitable. This level of quality dining has been sorely needed at Reynolds for a long time. Thanks Table at the Lake! We will be back!

Service every time has been top notch! The food has been amazing each time! The octopus ? appetizer with potatoes is amazing. Brussel sprouts and curly French fries are go to sides. I’ve got both of the seasonal pork chops, the kimchi Korean BBQ style was my favorite and ?. My wife has got the table steak ? each time and is delicious, cook to perfection and tender. Keep up the great job ?? we need to keep a place like this in Lake Country. Make sure you make reservations ahead of time for best seat but I promise it will not disappoint.
