This is about my 6th time eating at this establishment and the 5th time they have gotten my order wrong. Drive thru or inside it doesn’t matter every time there is an issue. This time I got home after being in the drive thru for about 30 minutes waiting, along with a 20 minute drive home, to find food missing out of my bag. We get back in the car to make a trip back and the lady tell’s my husband that that was a long time ago. Yeah we drove all the way home and all the way back to get our food. Luckily I was in our vehicle because my reaction would not have been as nice as his. Do better people seriously, this is ridiculous!!!

I'm a value menu/vegetarian Taco Bell shopper who never spends more than $5.00. Today, I was my first time at this location, but I had the spicy potato soft taco and a cheesy rice and bean burrito again. They are the only two items I buy. Okay, it won't make sense, but today's items were the best.

By far the worst Taco Bell. Every time we order, the order comes incorrectly, and usually missing items. Just save your money. I don’t know who owns this Taco Bell, but they do not care about their store quality, at all.

Today was the best day for Taco Bell. We got 2 cheesy Gordita crunch and a taco. When we usually go here they always get something wrong. But today was great. The food was so fresh, vegetables were fresh. Sooo good!!!
I usually only have good experiences with this Taco Bell, even with the long waits, the food is always fresh n good. But today I gotta write bcuz there was a hair in my Cantina bowl. So I threw the half tht the hair was on away n ate the other half very cautiously. Be careful.
Food is always incorrect, staff doesn’t care, management does nothing to fix the issues. Go next door to chickfla. Worth the extra dollar

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. Every time my boyfriend and I go. They get something wrong. You can’t ever order more than 2 things because they are going to forget it or make the order wrong. You definitely can’t modify anything either. The staff just doesn’t care. I get it, you work at a fast food restaurant. But I have worked in the food industry for 5 years.It is not this hard. Obviously the management does not care at all. This Taco Bell has been opened for a couple months and the rating is already 2 stars. This place needs to be shut down.

Even after waiting for a lengthy period of time in the drivr thru to receive our food, our food was cold as ice. My sons 6 cheesy roll ups might have had 8 or 10 shred of cheese...basically he ate empty flour tortillas. The tacos were smashed /broken and had hardly anything in them. The burritos were full however we arent sure why some of them were spicy and some not at all...but they were very cold. Completely out of some of the menu items at 7:30ish p.m.
