This is the slowest Taco Bell EVER. The staff is incredibly rude and can’t make an order right. We have eaten there multiple times and each time is the same. Today we waited 20+ minutes and our order was still wrong. We won’t be going back!!!

The most abysmal Taco Bell within a 100-mile radius I would suggest you steer clear of this place entirely. They always get the order wrong and it takes way longer than it should to get your food, even through the drive-thru (and even if you order ahead). The only reason I can’t give the food a one star is because it hasn’t given me actual food poisoning yet.

I ordered 2 of the chicken street chalupas, and I only got one bite in until I realized the inside of the shells were completely raw. The outside looked kinda fine, not completely crispy but done enough, but this is what the inside looked like; completely raw, mushy dough. They were also out of the new midnight baja drink, that they JUST came out with. Every time I come to this location, i’m either met with extremely rude employees, wrong/missing orders, or terrible food.

if i could give this place zero stars, i would. my chicken and cheese quesadilla had no chicken, or cheese. my nacho fries had no nacho and were soggy potato fingers. we ordered only 4 items and one was missing. we looked through the bag at the drive through and she insisted on the burrito being in the bag. under pressure we pulled off because there was a long line behind us and it had already been taking 20 minutes. there was no burrito. my cousin is now starving because all she got was her fries with no seasoning.

Absolutely the Best Taco Bell Experience! This location is hands down one of the best Taco Bells I’ve ever been to. The entire place is spotless seriously clean from top to bottom. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out super fast. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. This has gotta be the worst managed Taco Bell in the country. Taco Bell should be ashamed of the leadership that they have here. It’s so bad that they don’t even give you your food in line anymore. So now they send you to the parking lot to sit and wait for 20 to 30 minutes for food and have somebody walk it out to the car because they don’t have their stuff together enough to be able to pop it out like a drive-through is supposed to be. They just keep sending this poor kid out to a full parking lot of people waiting for their food without knowing which car the food belongs to. But hey, I bet it makes their drive through time look great.

Party of 6 showed up to this Taco Bell at 7 pm on a Saturday. Only people in there. Takes us a few minutes to order on the kiosk, but we waited an hour for our food. There were 3 people in the back, moving without a care in the world, and even when we got our food the quality was so below standard. Highly recommend the burger like across the street.

I am not one to complain especially about fast food. But this was so bad it almost seemed that was the goal. The wait was over half an hour. Three cheesy gordita cruchs were ordered. I received three tortillas with cheese. That's it. The drink machine doesn't have any options that work. Ended up with some green drink that was not Mt. Dew out of the Dr. Pepper dispenser. The inside was awful and the attitude of the workers was pathetic.
