Grill 11 Lake Oconee

My family loves the Grill. The owners and staff are wonderful. The food is excellent. My Mom is 91 and when she is able to get out the Grill is where she wants to go. We are very appreciative to have Grill here in Lake Oconee.

The burger was pretty good, the service was uninspired to say the least. It's not like I was treated like a burden but you certainly are nothing more than an expected diner. Probably won't return.

My husbandand I had a delicous Ruben sandwich with a generous serving of the most delicious fries. The atmosphere was great. The man who took our order must have been a member of management because he was so professional. I started to take a picture of our food but I was too busy eating the delicous food.

Great menu selections, excellent service and very delicious food!

My kids and I went their for dinner and the entire staff were great. Kids all loved their meals also.

Me and my family came here today and we ordered the philly cheesesteak and wings! The atmosphere was very inviting and our server was amazing. We also ordered their Oconee breeze drink on their drink special menu and it was made with perfection. Highly recommend their food is great and so is the service!

Update: not sure who mentioned a sister? The change of ownership in the grill has not changed ANYTHING. Still bad. Also they try to keep track of who eats there. I guess so the owner can attack anyone she hasn’t seen with her own eyes. Weird. For sure won’t be back (although according to the reply, I’ve never been here?)

Saying people are bullying you because they don’t like your restaurant or the way you run your business is WILD. I would HIGHLY recommend reconsidering a service industry career if you can’t take criticism. This place has no clue how to do business. Everyone go look at how they respond to negative reviews. It’ll tell you a lot about this place.

Grill 11 Lake Oconee formerly know as the Grill!
I wasn’t going to make this post but the more I thought about it, it didn’t sit right with me.

Yesterday my husband and I ate at Grill 11 (first meal without kids since having a baby 3 months ago). It was later in the evening so we were just looking for something quick. The vibes were off immediately from our server. I ordered chicken tenders something simple because it was later in the evening not trying to get them to make anything crazy. Something with the chicken was off I don’t know what it was. But I let them know, was even going to still pay for them. The server with short blonde hair, older came up to the table and started arguing with me about what was wrong and snatched the plate and drinks off the table. Took it back to the manger and was talking very loudly and rudely about me. I let her know I could hear her talking about me and she’s starts arguing and yelling at me across the restaurant in front of the manager. The manager let the situation escalate to a full blown yelling attack from his server before stepping in, and only did so after I mentioned leaving a review. Nothing was done to make it right.

I’ve held many different positions in the restaurant industry. Accountability when they get it wrong doesn’t seem to be a thing here.
