The young lady that took our order was very polite, but you could barely hear what she was saying because she was talking so low.
The food was ok, but not the standard you would expect from Zaxbys.
Every table/booth was dirty, and no one seemed to care. Very sad to see what this Zaxbys has become.

Food Seemed a little under cooked compared to others my fried pickles had a soggy texture update: Zaxby's not once did I say I had a good visit, it was quite the opposite

I love this location! Service is always fast and friendly! The store is older but it has so much charm! It’s one of the only locations with the old antique decorations and I love it! Keep up the amazing work and improvements!
The management is garbage, there was a skinny female walking around just playing on her phone, like there is a handful of managers and none of them do anything or help and if u ask them for something the just complain about it come on
I came in and was waiting on my food. And I see the hard employees working and a manager doing absolutely nothing. But playing TikTok on their phone. This is something I see often. And I know those girls work hard. The employees were great. Managers suck
Let me say this ,the food at this location has drastically improved over last few months.

Literally the worst customer service and made me wait 20 min then gave me the wrong order then had to wait another 20 min for what I ordered! Not fun when u have places to be
