Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Stopped in the drive thru for a quick take home dinner after a long day of work. I ordered a chicken plate and a wings and things for my husband and I. The service was quick but not very friendly and the food was disappointing. The chicken fingers and the wings were very dry. The fries were dark in color, as if they were cooked old oil. The tea had very little ice and didn't taste good. I only stopped there because it was Sunday and Chick-fil-A wasn't open. I don't plan on returning!

We both had the grilled chicken sandwich, which was nice and a good sized portion. Expect to pay $9 to $10 per person for this meal. They have a drinks that must have every known soda available.

8/3/2025 - came for zalads… literally told “we’re out of salads”. Super disappointing.

I was traveling through from Birmingham to Augusta. I waited in line for an hour, and I was not even mad about it. The quality of food was worth the wait. The chicken in the signature spicy chicken sandwich was seasoned. They didn't hold back on the spicy sauce. The sandwich was piping hot. The fries were on point . The service going through the drive-thru was pleasant as well.

There was a skinny female walking around just playing on her phone, she had a lot of attitude and rolled her eyes when you ask for extra sauce. She acted Disrespectful to us.
I would not go to the Zaxby's The food was ok But the service was awful especially from the female working there.

I normally don’t review food places let alone leave bad reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been to this place countless times but the most recent time (today) I ordered a wings & things and while I was eating a boneless wing (the last one might I add) there was a fly on it. That is absolutely disgusting, I’ve been throwing up ever since. DO NOT EAT HERE! Save your money!

Zaxbys in Greensboro Ga be frfr this was the most distasteful presentation I've ever seen I didn't eat it and my husband said it taste weird. I'm done with yall...

My family and I stopped here on our way home and placed our order quickly. Then we sat for 23 minutes—along with several other customers in the dining room—without a single order being brought out. Every bit of food prepared during that time was pushed through the drive-thru window. Not one tray made it to the dining area.

Eventually, I decided to request a refund and head to the McDonald’s next door. At the counter, I found another customer already trying to do the same. The cook was yelling at her, offering weak excuses about being understaffed. The cashier couldn’t process refunds, so we had to wait for the “manager,” who was hiding near the drink station by the drive-thru and clearly avoiding customer interaction.

When she finally came over, she offered no apology—just a flat “we’re short four people.” And look, I understand staffing issues. But that’s when you step up and manage. Close the dining room if you can’t serve both it and the drive-thru. Don’t take people’s money and then fail to provide the service they paid for.

It became obvious they were never going to serve the dining room customers. There was a growing line of people demanding refunds while they kept fulfilling drive-thru orders. To top it off, the dining room reeked of garbage.

Calling this a disappointing experience is an understatement. If I could give zero stars, I would.
