I recently visited this restaurant located at 410 E Taylor St, Griffin, GA 30223, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The younger employees really need more training in customer service skills. Staff members in general should work on being more welcoming and attentive. I had to wait a long time before I was even acknowledged, and my food also took much longer than expected to arrive.
A more customer-focused approach, along with proper training, would make a big difference. The food itself was fine, but the overall service left a lot to be desired.

Great food and great service! Try the Burrito Marihuano - packed with meat and onions and topped with avacado and tomatillo sauce.
A friend and I had to study for a test after dinner, and they were able to accommodate us in their very spacious back room.
Not all Mexican restaurants are the same.

Service was extremely slow. Asked for stuff when I ordered and it didn't come with food. Then it took a while to get it while food became cold. Food is expensive and nachos barely had any cheese, enchilada had very little sauce. When I asked for more sauce because it didn't have enough he charged me $2.50 almost as much as what the enchilada cost just to get more sauce. Not a good experience and wont be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my family went here Friday night after a long day at work to unwind. We have been here several times before but this time was horrible. My husband ordered a margarona and it was horrible, we asked them twice to remake it and the lady behind the bar refused and kept making faces and excuses. I became upset and ended up canceling the food BEFORE it came out and telling them I wanted to just pay for the drinks. The assistant manager came out and tried to FORCE us to pay for the food after we said we didn't want it. We had to get him to call the police to sort things out after he kept trying to say we had to pay for the food because they can't take a loss. The police came and told him exactly what we had said....to just pay for the drinks only. Customer service was horrible and we will never be back again. Food was always mediocre and we would just come because it's close to the house but never again!

Excellent food. Service was outstanding. Their homemade salsa is one of the best I’ve tasted. The Caldo de pollo was superb. Recommend the Pollo Naco and the Casuelon Platillo. Our server Cristian was excellent. We’re coming back!

I was denied service after sitting at the bar about 20 minutes ( and the bar was near empty)and told my kind wasn't welcomed there and was threatened to never come back.
