It was my first time visiting this location. Mr. Walter Jones was an amazing example of excellent customer service! He was very kind, patient and extremely helpful! I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you again!

The young lady I think her name said sam, was very nice, the food was good especially the loaded Italian I ate, the only issue I had was they were running low on tea(but it was 10pm).the tea itself had gounds so it got dumped but we enjoyed the rest of it

This location is absolutely awful! The customer service is absolutely ridiculous as they act like they are miserable to be working. You order food, it's wrong and when calling the location NO ONE answers the phone. I ordered a French dip sandwich and they never gave me the sauce to go with it! Who does that!? I live 30 minutes away from there and needless to say, it's not even worth the gas money to drive back out to get the sauce! I tried to call THREE TIMES and NO ONE answered the phone! I cannot stand the lack of respect for themselves as a company and the staff they hire act like they are unhappy with their job! Get it together Arby's. I like the good way too much to stop, but will NOT be back at this location

Had a craving for a light lunch so I stopped in for a regular roast beef and Mac and cheese. The sandwich was good but the Mac and cheese was a little less desirable. Seem to be only a half severing and a little dry

Went to have a quick late lunch with my two kids and the staff was so nice, and welcoming! The restaurant was clean and the food was hot!

The lady taking orders couldn’t get the order right. We repeated ourselves 5-6 times. They were discussing something about how a driver drove off. I honestly almost do the same myself after interacting with the man at the window. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. He was very unprofessional and rude.

The sweet tea was sour so we had to get a Coke. Ordered two number ones which is a beef and cheddar with curly fries.
The sandwich was kind of like it had been sitting out and flavorless, and the curly fries were hard and lukewarm. The food seemed like it had been sitting under a light since lunchtime should have got a refund the people working there were really nice.

First thing. It took forever at the drive thru to order. I was the only car in line. Once got our food. It was cold and slimy. The lady at the drive thru acted like she didn't have a care in the world. Didn't even give me amount. . Took my debit card. Had to ask for the receipt. I said thank you and no response. Most Arby's are usually OK. Will never go back to this one. Yall need to teach good common courtesy.

Walter is AMAZING! I’ve been stuck out here in griffin doing work for a couple days and his energy is amazing . You don’t find such kind people anymore. Nobody else at this location was nice but he made up for it!
