Upon arrival to the store i walked in an stood there for about 10 mins after someone had ordered there food and got it an left . Then the workers are going g to tell me the lobby is closed because they are understaffed .
I feel a little discriminated against because it doesn't make since to do it for one but not for everyone .
Then I had to go to drive threw to only be told what yall have on your online website doesn't mean that location still serves that item or items.
This is just ridiculous an not right.
There has always been issue with this Arby's iam not sure if the management or the who the managers hire but the way they handled everything was very unprofessional.
Definitely go to different location till they get better management who can keep tracks of there employees who is there and not. They said they had people clock out and go home but still they should have took my order an closed the lobby after I left .
Definitely felt disrespected with the girl that was on the intercom taking my order and the same girl that had a attitude the entire time .
She was crying to her manager because it was late and they was getting ready to close up for the night and that why they said they couldn't serve me on the inside .I was there before they even decided it.
This is ridiculous to have happened .

Been trying to order from Arby's online for the deals for months and using several cards and nothing goes through. Why have on line deals if your not taking online orders! Griffin location!

I’m extremely THANKFUL that I didn’t drink the piece of hair that was in my cup. I didn’t see it until I took the lid off and poured water into the cup. Another visit 1/15/2025 I asked for a fresh chicken sandwich, they refried chicken and called it fresh. It was hard and rough to chew . I’m not coming back
Employees standing around not helping people in drive tru. Sat there for 30 min with no movement. Ended up leaving with ordering.

So I went to this Arby’s for my mom and other family members. I went through the drive through with a pretty big order. After ordering the person that tools he order repeated it back to me at like ward speed (so I don’t know what she said or if the order was correct). So I pulled around to the window and requested that they please repeat the order to make sure it was correct. It was not I I re explained the order. Still didn’t get it right. So I decided I would pull around and just go in to hopefully make the process a little easier on us all. My brother went I. To redo the order and they kicked him out of the store. When he got back in the car, I said hand me the money I’ll go in and try. When I went in the cashier asked how they could help me. I said (word for word) yes, I was just at the drive through window and the order was big and a little complicated, so I thought it best to come in and try to help make it a little easier so we can get the order correct (mind you I was very kind and polite). The lady then gets huffy and puffy with me saying it wasn’t a complicated order and they were handling it (in a very rude and hateful manner). I said ma’am I came in to try to make this easier not to be talked to like this, do you have a manager I can speak with please? She said I’m the general manager, so I said I’m well you answer to someone can I please speak with that person because I’m not going to be talked to like that. She then yelled at me and said there was no one else but her and she was refusing to serve me. This was not the 1st bad experience at this location. I WILL NEVER go back and I encourage anyone else even thinking about going there to please go somewhere else. I did call corporate and told them this exact thing as well. They are trying to get me in touch with the district manager so I can let them know what took place. This Arby’s need to be shut down or the whole staffing there needs to be replaced.

Not sure the hangup. But apparently when you order cheese sticks you need to put it in writing to include the marinara. It must be too much to ask to give the customer what they pay for.

I have never in my life seen an Arbys roast beef sandwich with only 3 slices of roast beef on it! Literally 3 slices! But that's what this location served and several drinks in the lobby were out and when I tried to ask if they had drinks the behind the counter that I could get the cashier wouldn't even turn around and acknowledge me. Another employee walked up and saw me and turned around and walked off. It was the worst experience I think I have ever had at an Arbys.

Or was taken swiftly, food arrived swiftly, but did not care for the younger staff, the cursing running in and out of the store and what his boyfriend sitting up there
Always great food.
Food was good quickly prepared and service was good only issues is like the classic roast beef has gotten to where there's hardly any meat on it . And for some reason the buns were kind of soggy.

The poor manager was literally doing everybody job this not the young lady was working front counter and only took orders and stood like this when they was backed up a couple customers offered to assist with getting orders out that’s how terrible it was
The $3 ranch chicken wrap is trash n sooooo small (chicken nugget small) :( .....it should be on the $ menu ;)
