The lady taking orders couldn’t get the order right. We repeated ourselves 5-6 times. They were discussing something about how a driver drove off. I honestly almost do the same myself after interacting with the man at the window. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. He was very unprofessional and rude.

The sweet tea was sour so we had to get a Coke. Ordered two number ones which is a beef and cheddar with curly fries.
The sandwich was kind of like it had been sitting out and flavorless, and the curly fries were hard and lukewarm. The food seemed like it had been sitting under a light since lunchtime should have got a refund the people working there were really nice.

First thing. It took forever at the drive thru to order. I was the only car in line. Once got our food. It was cold and slimy. The lady at the drive thru acted like she didn't have a care in the world. Didn't even give me amount. . Took my debit card. Had to ask for the receipt. I said thank you and no response. Most Arby's are usually OK. Will never go back to this one. Yall need to teach good common courtesy.

Walter is AMAZING! I’ve been stuck out here in griffin doing work for a couple days and his energy is amazing . You don’t find such kind people anymore. Nobody else at this location was nice but he made up for it!

I tried the new Spicy BBQ Brisket and the Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork. The brisket was tough and dry. I wouldn’t suggest this sandwich. The pulled pork was tender and juicy, I wished it seasoned, the sauce helped with the flavor. Overall, a 3 on the brisket and a 7 on the pulled pork.

Food was great. Staff was nice! Bathroom was clean. I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before I arrived and they bagged my food as soon as I walked in the door

Upon arrival to the store i walked in an stood there for about 10 mins after someone had ordered there food and got it an left . Then the workers are going g to tell me the lobby is closed because they are understaffed .

I feel a little discriminated against because it doesn't make since to do it for one but not for everyone .

Then I had to go to drive threw to only be told what yall have on your online website doesn't mean that location still serves that item or items.

This is just ridiculous an not right.

There has always been issue with this Arby's iam not sure if the management or the who the managers hire but the way they handled everything was very unprofessional.

Definitely go to different location till they get better management who can keep tracks of there employees who is there and not. They said they had people clock out and go home but still they should have took my order an closed the lobby after I left .

Definitely felt disrespected with the girl that was on the intercom taking my order and the same girl that had a attitude the entire time .

She was crying to her manager because it was late and they was getting ready to close up for the night and that why they said they couldn't serve me on the inside .I was there before they even decided it.

This is ridiculous to have happened .

I’m extremely THANKFUL that I didn’t drink the piece of hair that was in my cup. I didn’t see it until I took the lid off and poured water into the cup. Another visit 1/15/2025 I asked for a fresh chicken sandwich, they refried chicken and called it fresh. It was hard and rough to chew . I’m not coming back
