The ice cream I was finally able to pick was good, but the employees got confused when I asked if they were artificial dye free. They were out of most of the flavors that were listed on the display glass, out of waffle bowls, I got the last cake cone, and it was only 5 pm. The cake cone tasted stale, also.

Updated 9/26/23- There have been employee changes and I will say it makes a world of difference. Khloe is such a sweet girl and is so polite. They still do not ever have the ice cream I want but atleast you can receive nice service now.
Workers are so rude, not even a Thank you or have a nice day. If your that unhappy with your job then get a different one. And this is not just one experience this is many. Management needs to wake up!

That was only like two people there work and I guess one was on break and the other one was doing the job but they were just being a little slow at what they were doing but overall I got what I ordered and everything is good but other than that just keep up the good work thank you.
