Went there at 11:55 am on Thursday! They have a drive thru, but it was closed! I am handicapped and can’t walk inside! So as far ad I am concerned this place deserves less than a zero or a star! I have to drive all the way to Forsyth Ga to find a decent Big Chic! I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place!

The service here was terrible. The staff had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in and acted like helping customers was a burden. No effort, no respect, and definitely no professionalism. Food might keep people coming in, but the way customers are treated will drive them away. I won’t be back.

Asked for two breast and got a thigh. Called about it and ole girl hung up on me. 3rd time this has happened to me at this location. No good customer service and all around trash.

A very long wait for the food. My order was not correct and the chicken was not seasoned well.
The food is good but they didn’t have no chicken legs so they park me for 15 minutes, I arrived at 2:27 I called inside at 2:55 they still say it was going to be 8 more minutes so I ask for my money back they only gave me $11.36 back the order was $12.57 s long as I waited for the food I think they should have given the drink to me I will not wait on food to be cooked from Big Chic again, so the service was lousy.(NO STARS)

My daughter was sick and I last minute decided to swing by Bog Chic and grab some food. It was crazy busy but the lady helping us was so nice, smiled the whole time. Food was great, and I even had to eat later and the chicken warned up was great. Nothing sounded good to my daughter to eat, but once she smelled the fried okra she was wanting to eat.She ate the whole order of okra before we got home.
