The food is good but they didn’t have no chicken legs so they park me for 15 minutes, I arrived at 2:27 I called inside at 2:55 they still say it was going to be 8 more minutes so I ask for my money back they only gave me $11.36 back the order was $12.57 s long as I waited for the food I think they should have given the drink to me I will not wait on food to be cooked from Big Chic again, so the service was lousy.(NO STARS)

My daughter was sick and I last minute decided to swing by Bog Chic and grab some food. It was crazy busy but the lady helping us was so nice, smiled the whole time. Food was great, and I even had to eat later and the chicken warned up was great. Nothing sounded good to my daughter to eat, but once she smelled the fried okra she was wanting to eat.She ate the whole order of okra before we got home.

Typically the service is decent, sometimes you do hear arguing among the employees but it’s no biggie. I LOVE the food and refuse to go to any other big chic location for my buffalo tenders and steak fries. People complain about the fries being unseasoned but I like them. I go as often as I can. 😋

Everything about this place is bad. First they will not have half the stuff on the menu, second they will be very rude and disrespectful and straight up give you something else if they do not have what you ordered and expect you to be okay with it, third they will short you when giving you a refund do not go here at all I repeat and highly recommend not thinking about stopping

Lady at the window was rude and deaf. Didn’t take my order right. After I explained to her that the dinks were wrong she didn’t want to change them. Chicken was warm fries were hard overcooked and old fries basically. I spent over $40 Tuesday morning at 11:01am. They had just opened too. Sad for the rest of the customers that have to deal with that rude lady. If u can call her a lady. I won’t ever be back again.

Came through the drive through here last month. Was so livid I forgot to post the review.
My husband was trying to order for us and the lady kept rushing and giving him the total before he could finish placing the order. Every time he'd say "I'm not done yet" she'd smack her teeth and get an additude, then she yelled at him to hold on. Before he could finish saying his order she was cussing at him so loud my kids in the back seat could hear her swearing. I said nope no way we are eating here because I don't want my food spat in. We drove off, without our food, and went to Chick-fil-A. Never seen such terrible customer service in my life, was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. If you don't want to do the simple job of taking a drive through order without cussing out a paying customer you need to find other means of employment. Zero stars. Do not eat here especially if you have kids because the employees will get an additude and cuss you out for no reason. Had not eaten there before and I won't ever be trying again.
