Very slow went to the drive thru the only car there! No one in the lobby and still had to pull to the curb to wait on potatoes and a sweet tea! Really? Ok

Come here often. Just went through the drive-thru this morning and had a sweet potato pie we ordered that was left out. Please just have the kitchen be more mindful of ticket orders and thoroughly checking bags before giving them to the customer. It would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Stopped in today, just to grab a quick snack. Anyone that tells you that another person cannot change your outlook immediately is wrong. I was greeted with a smile and a greeting by not 1, but two employees. The greeting was not just because they are made to, but because of what was in their heart, it was genuine and felt! They both worked on my order, with a smile, asked me how my day was going and genuinely made me feel appreciated! I was floored, more that these folks were working in unison with God obviously in their hearts, and they care! My food could have been terrible, although it was amazing and fresh, and it still would have been great due to the wonderful experience that these folks allowed me to have while there. Absolutely amazing experience today!!!!

Let me start with Bojangles is my favorite fast food place to stop and get breakfast. The chicken biscuits are the best out there. I stopped in with high expectations and left a little bit disappointed but overall not a terrible experience. The restaurant was relatively clean but the restrooms did have an awful smell to them. The employees smiled and were friendly and kind. They rang my order up fast and quickly but it did take about 15 minutes to get my food. The wait time was the biggest issue because there was no other customer inside the restaurant besides me and I had only seen two cars in the drive through when I parked to go inside. I only order two chicken biscuits with two hash browns and two drinks. So not a very big order. Still it took a long time to get my food and I am not sure what the hold up was. Food was warm but not as hot and fresh as I was hoping for. Overall it was not the best Bojangles that I have been to. Long wait for a small order. Reasonably clean. The employees were kind and friendly. I would recommend visiting this location to eat if you are not in a hurry or time crunch. Not a terrible visit but could improve in some areas like wait times.

You won't get what you order in the drive through. The two cars ahead of us had to take their whole orders inside to get what they ordered and the girl at the window didn't understand that we ordered bo rounds, not fries.
This location is very overstaffed. They have enough workers for the majority of them to stand around doing nothing. Takes 15 minutes to get 2 meals, despite people behind us getting their orders. I had to go in the restaurant after 15 minutes and then miraculously that was the exact moment our food happened to be ready. What an amazing coincidence!

Everyone I’ve experienced at the drive thru was rude here. No customer service. She charged me wrong and then fixed the food but didn’t refund the money. Then she asked me what I was waiting on, well my money of course! Then she gave me the wrong amount back with no receipt and my food was wrong again. SMH. Need all new workers in there. Came through the drive thru around 10:15 am on May 29th. Lady working drive thru window needs to be fired.
