Let me start with Bojangles is my favorite fast food place to stop and get breakfast. The chicken biscuits are the best out there. I stopped in with high expectations and left a little bit disappointed but overall not a terrible experience. The restaurant was relatively clean but the restrooms did have an awful smell to them. The employees smiled and were friendly and kind. They rang my order up fast and quickly but it did take about 15 minutes to get my food. The wait time was...

Everyone I’ve experienced at the drive thru was rude here. No customer service. She charged me wrong and then fixed the food but didn’t refund the money. Then she asked me what I was waiting on, well my money of course! Then she gave me the wrong amount back with no receipt and my food was wrong again. SMH. Need all new workers in there. Came through the drive thru around 10:15 am on May 29th. Lady working drive thru window needs to be fired.
