Slow service only one server. They said they were out of fries but other people were getting some. Couldnt bring in fries from another restaurant. *Managers should not be allowed to wear skin colored shorts.*

Food was hit and miss and unfortunately our service was a bit slow and seemed like they wish to be anywhere else. Burger was really good but rest of the food was not worth the price in my opinion.

Only the second time I’ve been to this restaurant since moving into the area roughly 8 years ago and this was for a birthday dinner for my nephew. We had a big party and were accommodated nicely, luckily the restaurant was dead on this particular Monday night. Had two instances with pests while visiting, one I did not witness but family member had bug (roach) crawling on them and swatted it away into unknown destination. The second was found after I set my phone on the table and picked it back up to notice that I had inadvertently squashed another bug and found it on the back of my phone case. I would say with abundant confidence that we will not be returning to this establishment without some kind of major overhaul.

The kitchen staff was backed up and they wouldn’t sit us with 9 empty tables. They wanted us to wait 45 minutes just to be seated. Then the manager came out being very unprofessional I will never be back we use to eat there 3 times a

Table for 6. We just left this restaurant. The tables were very dirty when we walked in. Staff was obsolete. No one to greet us for 10 minutes. A few staff members came out, but we never got service and left to go to Longhorns. Hopefully better service there.
I ordered wings for my mothers birthday they wouldn't let me order unless I ordered online I ordered wings and they gave me boneless wings when I called and asked about the manager said she would give me my order and to come back down when I showed up she gave me attitude and wouldn't give me the food I ordered I wouldn't recommend horrible service and laziness!!

Food was excellent and the cook was more of a chef! Our server was on point, friendly and very efficient. I believe her name was Sarah. We had a steak that was so tender and juicy. The fries with all those toppings was Heavenly. Will be back again.

Our server was great. And our food was on time and I would have no complaints if it wasn't for the fact that two burgers and two drinks were 60 bucks. For that we could have eaten elsewhere and gotten a steak or something else. Maybe everything is just awfully expensive these days but I wasn't too keen on the two mediocre burgers. Onion straws aren't that expensive and that's the only thing we got here that isn't elsewhere. Worst part is the place was damn near empty and they sat us next to a woman with four kids screaming and running everywhere when there were plenty of other seats available.

Waited almost a hour for our food the restaurant wasn't even busy then had to go looking for our waitress to get the check just so we could leave it was awful ? and I use to love buffalos but I won't be going back the food was cold ❄️ when she finally brought it. Still tipped her but she didn't earn
