The Burger King on Taylor Street in Griffin, Georgia the manager was very rude. The cashier had no type of manners at all learn how to say, please and thank you. Would not be returning ever again

This store is the absolute worst. I’ve had to sit at the speaker 20 mins no employee even tried to connect with me. There are people in line and no one acknowledges anyone in line. And there are people who are making deliveries for their customers and they keep them waiting forever this is uncalled for.

This restaurant had not opened the lobby by 9:30 am on a Saturday. An employee let us know that the lobby would not be open until the manager felt like it and was ready. Do not waste your time making the trip here!

I was in the drive-thru for (13) minutes from ordering to receiving food . To only find out down the road, my meal was completely wrong !!! My receipt was unreadable for me to complete the survey. Now, since it was a small town we were traveling through, I just lost my money !!!

Long drive thru times... expected at this location. Easy ordering thru the app... too bad u can't change ur pickup preference in the app. Olivia definitely made it worth the wait. A beautiful glowing female that had an attitude that smiled larger than her face! She apologized n told me they don't offer pink lemonade. And she wasn't sure y they put that on their location. I wanted regular lemonade, but the app didn't offer it. Yay! She had regular lemonade! Then she looked to see everything was there as she repeated the items back to me. Perfection, Olivia! U restored my faith in this location. Thank u

2 Burger Kings in Griffin opens at 7 am right??? WRONG! N. Expressway sat in the drive thru for 5 to 10 minutes after 7 am no one ever came to the speaker... drove across town waited 2 to 3 minutes finally a nice lady came on speaker says they're not open cause their employees are there and won't open till they are! WOW!!! The lady at the one on Taylor Street atleast was nice enough to let me know!
