The drive-thru is always backed up and the doors seems to always be locked. It's like they can only handle taking one order at a time in the wait between cars are ridiculous

These ppl that work here are rude and treat the DoorDashers Uber eats and customers like garbage. There was a dasher in there that told the young lady taking order she was there for a pick. They laughed at her and said she could keep waiting while making everyone else’s order. Even the male which I’m assuming is the manager. Which I’m sure dashers don’t make much she left crying without the order. I was there going to bless the workers . Needless to say I didn’t. I tried to find the dasher girl but she was gone. U never know what someone is going through especially with the holidays . She was probably dashing for extra money. They didn’t have to treat her the way they did.

I have to give a star to post but 3 Fridays in a row I have gone to the burger king in griffin on 1941 thru the drive thru and they are closed by 10:30pm the hours of operation need to be fixed

Submitted a mobile order. Patiently waited 15 minutes; was told at first the wait was for biscuits, next for eggs. Overheard the worker tell staff to fulfill other orders that came later before mine, and still did not get the food even after the drive thru and I'm store orders were cleared. The shift manager would not speak to me directly, but the GM advised they could not help with a cancellation. There was no apology for the lack of care for fulfilling my order, and I was not provided any information to the owner of this location as I requested. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I ordered FOUR croissan'wiches, FOUR French toast sticks, and SIX hash browns. I received ONE croissan'wich, TWO French toast sticks and FOUR hash browns. That's not even remotely close. You guys suck.

Food was cold and they redipped my food and gave it back. I never go here after a bad experience the 1st time but decided it might've been a bad day. Highly upset and a waste of money. Nobody cares about the food they serve anymore

Service unhelpful and uneager to work and forgetful, constantly changing staff, ice cream and coffee machine is always broken, food is always cold and they never put condiments or napkins in the bag, even when asked for in the app or at the order screen.
