They didn't have onion ring sauce we wanted ice water he said he would have to charge as a drink so we said just give the drink he forgot a order of fries

Always be kind, you never know what some one is going through! I will never forget the big angry devil they have working here at this location. In the same 24 hour period I watched my grandmother take her last breath I was picking up a mobile order of fries and a coke, I go in to grab it and ask for buffalo sauce and I was so rudely charged 32 cents, the humility she was using me for with the other employees who giggled about it during a very weak time in my life. I paid my 32 cents and broke down into tears! I understanding charging someone but no need to be so rude, I had no positive interaction upon walking in to pick up my order and instead feeling like a faced the devil. What is the purpose of charging someone for one little sauce when I received none at all with my order? I would get it if I had asked for bulk sauce but one little sauce, come on Burger King! I pray God will handle the employees working tonight!

Both stores in town are just too slow in the drive-through. Ten minutes just to order with only two cars in front of me. It's always like this.

This is probably the worst Burger King I have ever been to. 10 minutes of us standing inside just for them to tell us it’s drive through only at 6:00. When we went through the drive through we were waiting for over and hour took up to 20 minutes for each person to take there own Order. When we got to the window all we see is this woman coming in and out from the front desk doing pretty much nothing. Sat again for like another 20 minutes with our food pretty much only lukewarm. Never again.

Placed An Order At The Intercom and A Young Lady Advised Me To Pull To The Window As I Drove Up, Knowingly, A young lady had just took my order, So when she open the drive thru window, she smerked, and said, what can I help you with, I said someone just took my order and told me to pull around, she laughed, so I'm guessing it was funny to play like no one knew I just ordered, so she goes and tells someone, and three guys came to the window an stared at me like they was trying to scare someone, but I advised them that I was going to reach out to theirs Superior, because apparently the manager couldn't handle the situation, So I asked if they were going to take my order again, or just stare.... So I just left. Bad for business.........

This Burger King is almost always out of something and many of the employees look like their dog just died. There are three employees in particular that always have a smile, but the rest..... no. I eat BK for breakfast quite often and from the times I've been, I have a list of things they're often out of: ice cream, ham, biscuits, iced coffee, and lately they've been completely out of hot coffee, saying the machine has been broken for at least a week (probably more.) Going out of my way to the BK in Jackson/I-75 (the store in the JP truck stop) is always worth it.

They really need to start checking door dashes more on people's phone because they handed out the wrong orders to the wrong people. Just left there at 10:01 pm 10//2024. The young Lil girl working at the window right now not handed peoples food out with checking their phone first to confirm the person's name on it. And the door locked at 9:45 is ridiculous with a long drive thru

I was just told I COULDN'T have a burger My Way! You can't take a burger and slap onion rings and barbecue sauce on it!? Burger King does it for me all the time, but this manager says, "that's not how we do it...you can't have it your way" hmmm I thought your slogan was Have it your way? Not at this burger king!!!!
