Food was fresh & hot. Counter service. Took 10 min to get food. Server taking order wouldn't hardly talk to us. Think she had a cellular (Apple) ear phone in & was distracted. We gave her a coupon with our order, so she knew what we wanted. No pleasantries needed. A/C set at about 80..warm. Table not very clean. Acrylic panels separating booths were nasty with hand/finger prints & smears ..needed cleaning. The people in the back and front working moved very sluggishly...

When giving my order to the cashier ,we couldn't not hear single word she said.I ordered a 2 bacon and chesse whopper Jr duo .an some other things .She put on the order a bacon and cheese whopper .not only did she mess the order up I asked them to make it plain that didn't happen.i had to pay extra for the big sand which beside the the 2 whopper Jr duo I was post to get originally. Smh .I just didn't feel like having to get my order read made an you couldn't...
