Food was good sime of it was over done and underdone not all of the workers are nice and some are absolutely rude and not respectful other than that I enjoyed it they just need better service

I only gave atmosphere 3☆☆☆ 's because we went in the drive thru. We drove down to Griffen Capt D's, because our favorite one and the closest, used to be in Lovejoy - until it was shut down about a year ago. Maybe longer. We tried 2 times to go to the one in Fayetteville, but that place is horrific. I made a review and got a response from someone claiming to be the owner. I thought maybe I would get some sort of resolve, but was told to go to the corporate website. I did. Nothing from them whatsoever. Pathetic way to treat paying customers or run a business. The Griffin Capt D's has restored our faith!!! Ordering was a great experience. Very pleasant young lady. It was quick service and very friendly, personable person at the window. The food was very good as well! I will include photos of what we ordered next.

The people at the store were nice. The store was very clean But the food was weird. The fish had a texture of dry chicken. I wasted my money. I couldn’t even eat it. I bought $25 worth of food just to throw it in the trash

I purchased the fish, shrimp and fries special, clams & oysters. I traveled 1.6 miles to visit a friend only find my meal cold. I was extremely disappointed 😞 with the quality of my food. So my $15.70 meal, if I had returned, would cost $23.70. The $8.00 is for the additional gas it would cost to returned to restaurant.
It was too expensive. Corporate America taking advantage of the situation. Stop gouging america!

A little outdated as far as atmosphere. The portion of the filets are half if not less than what they used to be and the price has doubled, at least. Greasy as always.

Don't frequent these places as much as I did growing up but everything was just like I remembered it and it brought back some good memories. Food was perfect! Service was good, and restaurant was clean.
2nd post...lol just had to come back and say everyone here deserves a raise! Today was such a pleasant visit for my lunch, I was warmly greeted with smiles, the restaurant was perfectly cleaned, and in order, food was perfect and was served very fast. Please tell everyone here how much I appreciate everyone there, their hard work does not go unnoticed!
