Awful customer service. The server left me standing in the dining area after I asked what a menu item was. I asked for a sweet tea. Never got it. I grabbed my own coke then asked if they even had sweet tea. She says no. Why didn’t you tell me no when I ordered it, I thought to myself. So I get my food I think I ordered. It’s nasty and not hot. I wait and wait and wait, no server. She finally comes out from the back, only because new guest walk in. I tell her I don’t like it and ask for something else. Her and another server tell me they don’t have hard shell tacos and they just turn around and walk off…. So I waited, waited and waited. I decide to leave since I’m not getting any service. They yell for me to come back and pay. So of course I go to the register and try to explain using Google translate that I want something to eat if I’m being forced to pay. She threatens to call the police, calls me a gringa, and just starts arguing with me on how the situation should be resolved. So I pay. $20 for NOTHING. I will be writing the Better Business Bureau to report them. I’m robbed, scared, and in tears because I’ve never been a victim of discrimination until then. Calling me a gringa was OBSURD. This happened approx around 3:30-4pm, 2/26/24

So I ordered a chili relleno. When I tell you the $hit come out burnt and they microwave it I couldn't even cut it with a knife. I told the server that I didn't want itShe takes it back.. they made me another one on the same cold plate that sat back there for 10 mins. I didn't want it. She takes it off the bill, I go to pay for it.. and the other lady puts it back on my bill.. with an attitude! So you guys just lost a great customer... all my American friends.. do not go eat here... and NOT ONE PERSON IN THE WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT COULD SPEAK ENGLISH! I mean dayummm.. !8

We like the seasoning, the fried chicken is very delicious, the bad thing is that it is only available on weekends, the customer service is average, most of the girls are annoying, to date only one of them is super friendly and with a very good service, on the other hand, the cashier on several occasions has charged us too much (a girl with blonde hair, skinny, güerilla, we have clarified it, but if we don't check, our money stays there, be careful guys, being in line waiting for pay, I have seen that most men do not check what they are charged and there are times when they charge too much.We continue visiting there because it is the closest thing I have and we like the food...Thank you and I hope you talk to your girls and the cashier...

I don't usually leave bad reviews. Food was over priced. 1 coke, burrito, birria tacos, and a water was $36. The water was in a bottle from Walmart, great value brand. None of the food came with any sides. No one came to check on us after the food was brought out. I had to go to the counter at the bar to ask for a to go box. We were literally left sitting there. Also I notice a lot as I'm watching. The guy that came from the kitchen had gloves on and he was touching everything including door knobs. He served food from a walk up counter and was on his phone after that and didn't take his gloves off.. guess my food was prepared with the same gloves. I have wanted to try this place for several months because I like authentic Mexican food. I won't be going back.
Shoped in the grocery area of the store and the meat side always smells like something is rotten most of the coolers don’t work if your eating there food there meats from from there meat section and service wise horrible no interaction whatsoever not even when checking out they just look at you like if your stupid. Really hoping for a real Mexican grocery store in Griffin

This is by far one of the best tasting Mexican experiences I’ve had in my life. The food explodes in your mouth with flavor. And my wife really really loves every single by so much, so does he ask if we can get to much more. The meal was topped off with the Cerveza And two ice pops Mexican style. If you’re looking for just a great taste of Mexican food, this is the place to come to.

Authentic. Nice people, friendly. Good atmosphere and not overly crowded. Yet. Word will spread! I started d simple with the flautas. Good size serving and great flavor. Not bad price wise. I think it wad like 10 or 12 bucks but I didn't look for a lunch menu. I always get the dinner portion. I'm 6'2" @ 200lbs and I like good food. By some miracle I'm not a giant fattie. Yet. Ok. Bye bye.

Yo no he de compartir mi experiencia con esta tienda simplemente les digo pidan su recibo revisen en esta tienda tienen cajeras que intencionalmente o no intencionalmente te cobran doble y cuando vienes a reclamar en vez de qué se disculpen se hacen los ofendidos. i’m not gonna share my experience with this store. I’m just gonna say ask for a receipt and review what you had at the store. Sometimes they’ll charge you double and when you come back in and complain, they act offended like if you’re the one that made the mistake of coming back there customer care is horrible people talking over each other arguing between each other you can see the employees using the bathroom come back out dry hands just an observation.
They charge you more or return the wrong change and the service is very bad.
