I went for breakfast today to chicken 2 chicken biscuits. 1 I was going to get for free because of the points I earned. Well the app wouldnt work. I asked for water at the window. The girl that was helping me asked THREE times and the lady at the window SCREAMED I AM TRAINING. I left with no water. Whomever she is does not need to be training ANYONE much less work there. I dont know whats been going on with THIS location but the service is horrible and the food has gotten smaller. Plus its more expensive than the one down the street.

I had a mobile order and I couldn’t get the bar code to scan, so I hit, can’t scan. It told me to tell associate at the drive through. OK so I did well they made me go back around after waiting about 12 minutes. 15 minutes in line. Let me go back all the way around just for a bowl of chicken noodle soup and waited another 15 minutes.

Went through the drive through today and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich , medium fry, water and ice cream cone… when I got to the window the girl handing out the food wasn’t that pleasant .. she also missed giving me my ice cream cone and seemed to be bothered when I told her she forgot it.. she asked the other girl at the window to hand her an ice cream cone.. and the ice cream cone looked pitiful. It was short and barely any ice cream on the cone.. I handed it back to her and asked if she can add more icecream to that.. and the girl who made it in a very snarky tone .. said no .. that chikfila rules are only 2 swirls.. whatever the rules are I guess no one ever follows them because I have never been handed an ice cream cone anywhere that pitiful.. not at DQ, McDonalds and most importantly CHICKFILA . I told her I order ice cream cones all the time and no one has ever handed me anything like that.. instead of just fixing a simple issue she completely refused.. I was honestly baffled.. I ended up telling the girl the hands the food out to just give me a refund. They both literally called the manager to perform a refund instead of correcting the issue but I requested a refund due to the principle of it all.. i’ve never had a bad experience with chikfila until today.. do better

Side note: search chikfila ice cream cone on tik tok… theres no “2 swirls” anywhere..

I ordered 2 meals and 2 beverages. The food was good, as expected. The drive thru line moved extremely slow, and they were not busy at all. Like a 20-minute wait. Cashier handing the food put was not polite at all. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder or was having a bad day. I will return and hopefully get better service.

I've always been a fan of this restaurant. However, today my order was taken thru the drive thru by Kayla and she didn't get my boyfriend's name right nor my order correct. Once we made it to the window the workers were confused because the attendant typed his name wrong. I had to reiterate my order to verify what we order(2 cobb salads with extra chicken a large tea and a large lemonade) and then we pulled up to wait and they forgot to give me my lemonade but handed my boyfriend his tea. Another worker came out and notified us that the lemonade was not on my order. She said how much it was and I proceed to access my phone to do tap as payment but she said she would have to take my phone inside. That was definitely a no, so I said don't worry about it and left. I also noticed they didn't put silverware in my bag either. I was very disappointed, my expectations were high because Chick-fil-A is a staple in my community. Hopefully next time things will go better.

We have always been admirers of Chick-fil-A, but unfortunately, this particular location has not consistently met our expectations. On our most recent visit, we experienced some challenges with both service and food quality. We decided to dine in, and I noticed that our order was prepared and placed on the counter, where it remained for about ten minutes without being attended to. While one staff member did approach it, they ultimately set it back down and walked away, despite there being no customers at the counter.

When I pointed this out, I received the tray, but it was missing condiments, and the food was at room temperature. Additionally, the gluten-free bun was broken into several pieces inside the bag. We have always appreciated Chick-fil-A as a brand, but it seems this location may need some improvements to align with that standard. Although it is the closest to our home, we are considering visiting another location in the future to ensure a better experience.

Take out the dining area and the tables are too close together. I'm all about cleanliness, but one shouldn't wait for the bathroom to be cleaned for an extra 5 mins.

The food is Always good. I love the atmosphere. There is great music playing with a train running on the tracks overhead. The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. Of course the entire Team is awesome! It’s our home away from home. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

Went here tonight because my son like Truetts. We used to say "this is Truetts/Chick-fil-A, they always have good service and you never have to worry about checking your bag". This was no the case tonight we had to wait forever at the drive thru with no one really in front of us, my wife's milkshake was wrong (they fixed it). We got home to eat dinner to find out we're missing 2 orders of fries (that's half the family's dinner missing). I guess we will have to start triple checking everything like all the other crappy restaurants!!
